Joined Ohio National Guard Major General John Harris, Senator Paula Hicks-Hudson, and members of our community to celebrate Buffalo Soldiers Day, which we commemorate every July 28th to honor formation of the first Regular Army Regiments comprised of African American soldiers in 1866.
