They distanced, denied, and lied straight to our faces.
Project 2025 was always Trump's agenda.

Trump fired 18 independent watchdogs from across the federal government.
This is an illegal attack on government accountability.
If Republicans really wanted to rid our government of fraud, waste and abuse, they'd demand Trump reverse course.

It's #BlackHistoryMonth and Republicans want to censor our history and ignore the systemic oppression of Black folks.
But Black history is American history, and no amount of white-washing or erasure will change that.
We should NOT be going back to Betsy DeVos-era education policy.
This is a dangerous step backward that will put students at risk and exacerbate the trauma of survivors.

Project 2025 told us Trump would try to gut the federal workforce & we'd lose the dedicated civil servants who keep our govt running.
That's exactly what we're seeing now.
If he gets his way, millions will experience delays in services like tax refunds, passport renewals, FAFSA processing & more.
Trump’s illegal funding freeze on federal grants & loans would have devastating impacts for families across Massachusetts.
I’m joining @whipkclark.bsky.social, @repmcgovern.bsky.social, & local health care providers to sound the alarm.

I'm heartbroken for the victims of the crash and their grieving families and loved ones in Massachusetts & across the country.
Dr. King reminds us power without love is reckless and that is what we’re seeing from this White House.

The plane crash at DCA is absolutely heartbreaking. I'm praying for the victims and their loved ones and I'm grateful for the first responders on the scene.
Honored to spend #LunarNewYear with Caroline Chang’s family to celebrate the enactment of our bill to honor her legacy.
We now have the very first federal building in MA to be named after an AAPI person.
This is a tribute to Caroline's incredible impact on Boston’s Chinatown community & beyond.
Trump tried to cut off funding for critical programs like Medicaid, SNAP, cancer research and more.
People in my district and across the country spoke out in horror.
And now, he's backing down.
When we fight and center the people, we can win.
Happy Lunar New Year to those in the #MA7 and across the globe.
As we kick off the #YearOfTheSnake, I wish you a healthy and prosperous year ahead.
Trump reinstated the #GlobalGagRule which will close essential health clinics and deny patients the care they need.
It’s a direct attack on reproductive healthcare around the globe.
As co-chair of the @reprocaucus.bsky.social, I’ll fight this every step of the way.

In the last 24 hours, the Trump administration unleashed chaos on reproductive health care providers and organizations across the country—in particular, the Title X Family Planning Program network.
Read our statement from Co-Chairs @degette.house.gov and @pressley.house.gov 👇.
Cancer research halted.
Heating assistance threatened.
Federal funds impact every aspect of people’s lives across this country and in the #MA7.
This isn't just unlawful and unconstitutional—it is wholesale harm that could cost people their lives and livelihoods.
Inspectors General are meant to root out fraud, abuse and misconduct, and hold government accountable.
By firing these independent watchdogs, Trump is removing checks on his power and paving the way for widespread corruption.
This is illegal and undemocratic.

Today, we grieve & remember the 6 million Jewish lives stolen in the Holocaust.
The babies, parents, elders & loved ones.
On Holocaust Remembrance Day, we tell their stories, say Never Again, and reaffirm our commitment to rooting out antisemitism & hate in all its forms.
With Trump threatening to use outdated laws in his plans to carry out mass deportations, we must pass the Neighbors Not Enemies Act.
Our bill would protect the rights and due process of our immigrant neighbors and affirm just that:
That they are our neighbors, not our enemies.
Representative literature helps our students learn their past, grow their minds, and pursue their dreams.
This move is a step backward and an attack on our intellectual freedom. abcnews.go.com/US/departmen...
Honored to continue serving on Financial Services & Oversight & Government Reform — two powerful venues for advancing economic relief & accountability.
With the Trump Admin poised to inflict harm on our communities, I'll keep fighting to hold bad actors accountable & center the people of the #MA7.

"I don't know what God you serve, but the God I serve is one of love and mercy."
Thank you, @pressley.house.gov, for always speaking truth to power and fighting for grieving families. We do this work because of our faith, not in spite of it.
