PolicySoup ingests legislative data from official and authoritative feeds. This page will enumerate each upstream source, refresh frequency, normalization steps, and data quality caveats.

• Congress.gov API – Bills, actions, summaries, committees.
• Roll Call Vote Records – House & Senate floor votes (parsed).
• Nomination Records – Executive & judicial nominations.

Future additions will list transformation heuristics and hash integrity guarantees.
