He's already proven he's nothing more than a rubber stamp for the President — politicizing prosecutions amid unprecedented abuses of power, such as signing off on Trump's $1.8 billion slush fund and granting Trump and his family immunity from audits into past tax returns.
Another election, another stolen-election conspiracy from Trump.  I'll keep calling out these lies and standing with Colorado voters, election officials, and the rule of law.
WOW - Trump crashes out & cuts his interview w/ Welker short as she presses him on his lack of evidence for claiming elections are rigged "You're either crooked or you're stupid. I've had enough. Thank you darling," he tells her" "I traveled all the way to Wisconsin for this interview," she pleads
Coloradans have since paid nearly $515M more at the pump. Russia is cashing in from high oil prices. China is gaining ground while our focus shifts away from Asia. All while American troops face Iranian fire. Enough is enough. Trump must end this war now.
Colorado knows the cost of inaction. We have seen the pain gun violence leaves behind in our schools, our grocery stores, our movie theaters, and our neighborhoods.
During National Gun Violence Awareness Month, we honor the lives lost to gun violence and the families forever changed by it in Colorado and across the country.
It’s been five days since election denier Tina Peters walked out of prison and went right back to spreading lies about Colorado’s gold-standard election system. Her release doesn't make those lies any more true. Colorado's elections are secure, and conspiracy theories won't change that.
For months, House and Senate Democrats have pushed War Powers Resolutions to reign in the President's recklessness. We must pass this resolution immediately.
My colleagues and I are demanding Trump answer for these skyrocketing prices and explain his plan to bring them down. The President is squeezing working families with rising costs and must deliver relief to Colorado by ending his war now.
We need to stop Donald Trump's corrupt DOJ deal that protects him and his family from tax audits and ensure no future administration can abuse government power in the same way. I'll keep fighting his lawlessness.
I’ve also filed amendments to ensure critical ICE reforms, which Republicans have repeatedly refused to adopt. Whether it's election deniers, unaccountable immigration enforcement, or a President who thinks the rules don't apply to him, I'll keep fighting lawlessness and defending the rule of law.
Tonight, I filed amendments to eliminate the "Anti-Weaponization Fund," block Donald Trump's corrupt DOJ settlement that shields him and his family from tax audits, and prevent any future administration from creating similar schemes.
Trump's corrupt deal with his own Justice Department tries to put the President above the law. I'm leading the charge to demand answers from the Treasury Secretary and IRS CEO about this DOJ settlement that handed the President and his family a license to dodge IRS scrutiny and accountability.
I’m leading members of the Colorado delegation to welcome $1.8M+ for the Colorado Small Business Development Center — critical funding I've fought to release so that small business owners across all 64 counties have the resources and support they need to sustain and grow their businesses.
