Americans can see it clear as day: Trump’s economy is completely failing working families.
Last week, I wore orange in honor of Gun Violence Awareness Month. 🧡
Throughout my career, I’ve been a steadfast advocate against gun violence. I’m proud to have cosponsored gun safety legislation led by my friends, Rep. Robin Kelly and Rep. Lucy McBath to continue this fight.
Don’t be fooled: myself, the CBC, and Democrats are fighting for voting rights. Don’t let Republicans convince you otherwise.
Trump has until June 12th to drop his name from the Kennedy Center - because the Center’s future is in OUR hands, now.
We’re taking the Kennedy Center by storm. 🔗More below.
We will restore the Kennedy Center.
It was a pleasure celebrating Children’s Hospital Association Advocacy Day with Hannah and her family from Columbus.
Hannah, a 12-year-old hockey enthusiast and OSU Buckeye fan, is in remission from osteosarcoma. Grateful to learn about their journey and the impact of children’s hospitals. 🧸🏥
Women always deserve a seat at the table. It’s time we fill the room with seats.
Too many Americans still struggle to access affordable loans and other financial services.
It’s past time for us to modernize the decades-old Community Reinvestment Act to meet the credit needs of low and moderate-income households in today’s financial system.
Trump is BIG mad that the court sided with democracy.
Americans should not be forced to pay for Trump’s reckless war.
Today’s bipartisan passage of the War Powers Resolution is a critical step forward for the American people.
In just 3 months, this war has cost Americans $100 BILLION. Families don’t need pricey wars that make things more expensive. They need leadership that puts affordability first.
Proud to join the Engage For Women 2026 State of the Majority Summit for an important conversation with Kevin O'Leary about how to increase capital flows to women entrepreneurs and expand homeownership opportunities for women homebuyers. 💐✨
Democracy is crumbling in Alabama and Republicans are behind it.
This racist map completely undermines Black representation.
We should all be scared.
This one is for us!

Happy Pride Month, Ohio! 🌈 I am proud to be an ally and friend to the LGBTQ+ community in Ohio and across the country. This month, we remember that love is always love — no matter what.
This is disgusting. The Trump administration is discriminating against Black and female service members in plain sight.
Our service members are the backbone of our country, and they deserve to be respected.
Trump tried to rewrite history by stamping his name on the Kennedy Center. But we wouldn't let him.
American institutions are always worth fighting for, because they belong to the people.
So I went to court and WON.
Let this be a lesson for Trump and his cronies: democracy always wins.
Let’s get one thing straight: artists, donors, and others left the Kennedy Center because of the Trump takeover. Now, it’s time to return it to the American people and Congress so it can flourish once again.
The Federal Court made it clear: the Kennedy Center belongs to the PEOPLE — not Donald Trump. It’s a monumental win for democracy and the rule of law.
The fight for our democracy continues — and it’s always worth the climb.
