It's Tuesday, and I'm on my way back to DC. We've got a big week ahead fighting to get Elon out of Treasury, out of our data, and out of government. I’ll be outside treasury today to say:
No unelected billionaire should have control of the government.

If you are one of the federal government employees who received Trump's “Fork In The Road” memo, don't be tricked or frightened into resigning. You can't depend on a promise to pay you for 8 months, from a guy with a history of not paying people who work for him. Know you rights.
This move to replace outlets like NPR with outlets that have no journalistic standards is exactly what it looks like: preventing Americans from getting access to the truth and propping up platforms that will never criticize Trump.
The truth about executive orders.
Trump, we’ll see you in court.
The strength of our democracy depends on a system of checks and balances. We cannot allow Donald Trump’s unrestrained attacks on this system and on our rights to go without pushback.
Excited to celebrate Black culture and Black stories this Black History Month. The progress this country has made to protect civil rights and liberties was never possible without Black Americans. All of us must stand together to ensure these hard-won freedoms can withstand Trump.
Good morning, everyone! Today is a another beautiful day to fight for our democracy. Our federal workers are under attack from Elon Musk and Trump. Let’s flood the phone lines of your Republican Senators and Representatives to let them know we won’t accept these attacks.
Vermonters will feel the heavy burden of these tariffs passed onto us directly. Vermont gets a significant amount of energy and construction materials from Canada. Provoking a trade war with our largest partner is reckless and will hurt working people. www.nytimes.com/2025/01/31/b...
An executive order cannot and will not stop me from protecting all of us in the LGBTQI+ community.
An executive order will never override everyone's right to basic human dignity.

It’s important to know that a lot of productive activity is happening in person and offline, too.
Not all of it can be broadcast online, but we’ve had hundreds of people showing up to our trainings, mobilizations, and more.
Keep going. Tyranny is eroded by a sea of small acts. Everything matters.
All of us in this country have certain rights guaranteed by the US Constitution, regardless of immigration status, and no matter who is president.

I saw Trump’s press conference on the devastating collision at DCA. He was supposed to give the American people answers about what happened and how. But instead he just ranted and rattled off lies. A military helicopter ran into a plane because of DEI? Does he really expect us to believe that?
Completely heartbroken by the crash at DCA from which there are believed to be no survivors. I'm praying for all of the affected families and sending my immense gratitude for the emergency responders working tirelessly through the night.

It might look like incompetence. But it's not.
The chaos, confusion, and cruelty are the point.
Yesterday we gave the Trump Administration a taste of what opposition to his agenda looks like. This is a *temporary* win. Do not let up. We know they will try again to take funds away from working people. Stay ready.
For a party that talks constantly about power and masculinity, there’s an awful lot of groveling happening by House GOP at the foot of the president. You have given away ALL your leverage and the voices of your constituents. Americans will suffer because of it.
I just saw Trump’s latest executive order targeting trans kids and shutting down their health care. I’m asking all of us to stand up with one voice for the trans community.
Trump's executive order to freeze federal aid is already affecting farmers in Vermont. Loans and grants for farmers must be protected. Let’s stay loud.
