In the aftermath of today’s Supreme Court ruling that states can ban trans kids from playing sports, I’m just sad.
I’m sad for the trans kids who won’t get to play the sports they love. And as a parent, I’m sad for the parents who will have to watch their government discriminate against their kids.
The Supreme Court confirms what we already knew: birthright citizenship is constitutional and will remain the law of the land.
Amid other terrible decisions, even this racist effort from Donald Trump and Stephen Miller to dictate who and what is “American" was beyond the pale.
Vermonters care about their neighbors and their communities, and we show up for one another, regardless of who someone is or who they love.
That’s what’s been inspiring me this Pride Month.
Both Israel and Hezbollah have continued operating in violation of the ceasefire. We call for good-faith negotiations to actually end these hostilities, allow civilians to return to their homes, and save lives.

NEW: Trump said "not one penny" of taxpayer money would go to his vanity White House ballroom. That was a lie.
Ranking Member @congressmanboyle.bsky.social and Budget Committee Democrats are formally requesting a nonpartisan GAO investigation into Trump spending taxpayer dollars on his ballroom.
Because of these rulings, the Trump admin will be able to turn people back at the border who are fleeing for their lives, and force immigrants who are already here to travel back to countries they know are unsafe.
Let’s be clear: people will die because of these racist and disgusting policies.
The Trump administration was legally required to release the full Epstein files on December 19th of last year. They’re now 6 months past the deadline.
What are they trying so hard to hide?
