Republicans have just 5️⃣ days left to avoid a government shutdown.
I’m ready to get back to work and get it done for Oregonians – just waiting on you, SpeakerJohnson!
The VA has lost thousands of healthcare professionals since Trump took office.
@reptedlieu.bsky.social and I are demanding answers – our veterans deserve access to any and all care they need.
Oregonians have told me time and time again they want lower costs and their healthcare protected.
Republicans are ignoring their wishes to put billionaires first – I won't help them do it.

Republicans can play the blame game all they want, but if the government shuts down, it’s on them.
The Food Hub at Clackamas Service Center is playing a huge role in helping our neighbors in need, especially after the cuts to SNAP in Republicans’ trash budget.

If you’d asked me before this video what was in my bag, I wouldn’t have been able to tell you. So let’s find out together!

Trump's economic policies have left Oregonians with fewer job opportunities and higher prices with no end in sight.
I came to Congress to lower costs, create jobs, and improve my constituents' quality of life – they don't have time for this nonsense.

Clackamas Service Center’s Food Hub is a lifeline for so many in CD5, but SNAP cuts in Republicans’ trash budget are threatening its ability to keep the doors open.
If it closes, the community could lose more than 1 million meals per year – we can’t let that happen.
Let’s get one thing clear: Republicans control the House, the Senate, and the White House.
If the government shuts down, they own it.
It was an honor to speak with Oregon veterans during their Honor Flight and to thank them for their service to our country.
It is because of them that we stand here today with the freedoms that have become fundamental to who we are as a nation.
President Trump’s policies are benefiting the top 1% while leaving everyone else behind.
My constituents deserve better.
I won’t stop fighting to lower costs and make life better for Oregonians.

Republicans control the House, the Senate, and the Presidency. It’s on them to prevent a shutdown.
We need a budget that reverses Republicans’ cuts to healthcare – today’s vote didn’t do that.
I won’t support a bill that fails to deliver for Oregonians, so I voted no on the CR.
If Republicans aren’t willing to reverse cuts to health care and education and lower costs, I won’t vote for their CR.
The Central Oregon Disability Support Network helps over 4,000 of our rural families of children with disabilities get the support they need.
The Trump administration is taking that support away. I won’t stand for it – I’m demanding the funding be restored.
Far too many Oregonians live in food deserts without access to healthy options.
My new bill would provide funding for staff, equipment, and food at food pharmacies across CD5 to help close these gaps in our communities.

Moms in rural Oregon already face long travel times to receive care from an OB-GYN, and Republicans’ Medicaid cuts are making it worse.
We shouldn't be making it harder for expecting moms to get the care they need.

The American Dream should be available to all Americans – including our rural communities.
As a member of the @newdems.bsky.social, I'm committed to making sure our rural small businesses have a fighting chance.

I met with Dr. Daniels, Director of the Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs, to discuss how staffing shortages at the federal level are impacting veterans in CD5.
They deserve better than long wait times & decreased access to services. I'm fighting to get them the care they've earned & deserve.
When families are picking up the pieces after a wildfire, they don’t need Uncle Sam taking a cut of their relief.
My bipartisan bill makes sure wildfire survivors aren’t taxed on the funds they are relying on to rebuild their lives and homes.
