They're halting funds for almost everything that helps everyday people and families while promising big tax breaks for the wealthiest people in this country. Trump's presidency is a hostile takeover by billionaires and the wealthy. It's the blueprint of Project 2025 and it's scary as hell.
RFK Jr. has spent years attacking vaccines and spreading deadly misinformation. Look at what he did in Samoa. Now he wants us to trust him to lead HHS? His appointment would seriously endanger children and public health. The Senate must reject him—it’s too big of a job for someone this reckless.
This is a dangerous time in America and Jim Acosta is right -don’t give into the fear. Don’t give into the lies hold onto the truth and hope. thank you Jim.
Jim Acosta just powerfully announced on air he is leaving CNN with the words: "It is never a good time to bow down to a tyrant." He added, "Don’t give in to the lies. Don’t give in to the fear. Hold on to the truth and to hope." Amen. Jim will be missed.

Monday's ceremony in Poland is regarded as the likely last major observance of Auschwitz's liberation that any notable number of survivors will be able to atten… SO ITS UP TO US TO NEVER FORGET!

As a polio survivor, I've urged Senators vote NO on RFK Jr. His anti-vaccine stance directly fueled a deadly measles outbreak in Samoa, killing 83 people—mostly children. He’s not fit to protect the health of our children, or any of us. We cannot let him lead HHS. More here w/ @ayman.msnbc.com ⬇️

As OSCE PA Special Rep. on Political Prisoners, I'm closely following the case of Mzia Amaghlobeli in the Republic of Georgia. Mzia is a journalist who the de facto Georgian Dream government has arrested on trumped-up charges. She is not doing well in prison, the government needs to release her NOW.

Trump pardoned 23 violent criminals who harassed, assaulted, and terrorized abortion clinic staff and patients. This isn’t “pro-life.” This is pro-violence and anti-women. Trump’s message is clear: extremists can harm people with impunity if they share his views. It’s disgusting and dangerous.
Trump’s pardon of violent anti-abortion activists is deeply personal for Julie Burkhart. She worked at a clinic targeted with attacks in 1991, which led to the creation of the FACE Act. “He’s proven our fears are valid,” she says. “I hurt for the women who just need good, sound healthcare.” #Velshi
Oh my God! I was just being cynical. He does the most bizarre stuff. I imagine before he was sent to military school. His father must’ve asked him to throw out the trash and he brought trash back in the house. He’s just an unthinking contrarian.
No response . After I did my letter, Jamie Raskin letter a letter which I joined from almost the entire Democratic judiciary delegation, saying basically the same thing and no response. I think it was being “doing the right thing” which was a little Pollyanna.
Judge Cannon is not neutral in relation to Trump cases and I wrote DOJ and suggested dropping cases a gainer Trump aids still in case but they didn’t and here we are
