Once again, the cost of gas is above $4 nationwide. Americans are paying the price of Trump's illegal war in Iran.
The national average price for regular gasoline hits $4 per gallon as the renewed conflict with Iran and Ukraine-Russia attacks rattle energy markets.
This brings the total number of American service members killed up to 17, with more than 400 injured since the war in Iran started. Congress has made it clear: we must end this war now.
My thoughts are with the loved ones and families of the three American service members killed as a result of Trump's war with Iran this weekend.

As a revered civil rights leader, John reminds us to be civically engaged by getting into “good trouble.” This principle has long guided me, especially when I stood up for women's rights and was arrested in front of the Supreme Court while peacefully protesting the Dobbs decision.
While this is a critical step towards improving basic standards of care, it is not enough. To put a complete stop to further abuses and deaths of detainees, Adelanto must be shut down.
