Republicans are trying to slash food assistance for families, taking away healthy food from pregnant women & children.
Families are already struggling to put food on the table & this heartless funding bill will make it even harder.

Allegedly dropping the slush fund isn’t enough. The blanket immunity for him and his family needs to go too.
Instead of focusing on lowering your costs, Trump continues to use the presidency to benefit himself.
As a part of his bogus “settlement” with the IRS, the president & his family will be immune from tax audits.

❗ Still allows Trump, his family, & his business to have tax immunity.
This bill is an easy NO for me when it comes up in the House next week. It only takes a few ‘concerned’ Republicans to show some bravery & stop it.
BREAKING: Senate Republicans approved billions of dollars for ICE with no strings attached. Their bill also:
❌ Doesn’t make any reforms to ICE to stop violence in our communities
❌ Doesn’t prevent Trump from bringing back his ‘beautiful’ $1.8 billion slush fund
I will continue to stand with our partner and ally.
Ukraine is fighting for its very survival every day against Putin’s war.
With bipartisan support, the House forced a vote & passed legislation that will put additional economic sanctions on Russia & provide security assistance to Ukraine in their fight to protect their democracy.
Trump calls his $1.8 billion slush fund for January 6 cop beaters & his wealthy donors ‘a beautiful thing.’ He clearly isn’t going to let it go on his own. If Republicans actually wanted to stop this blatant corruption, they’d vote with Democrats to permanently block it.
Today, the House passed a bipartisan measure reining in this lawless president & reckless war. The Senate should quickly do the same.
Americans are paying the price for Trump’s war with Iran.
Since the beginning, there was no clear strategy or goal for a war that has raised prices for families & spent billions of your tax dollars.
Trump only cares about abusing the powers of the presidency for his benefit. While Washingtonians are paying more for gas & groceries, Trump is focusing on putting his face on $250 bills.

Let’s celebrate our LGBTQ+ community & continue fighting for equality.
Trump’s $1.8 billion slush fund isn’t going away. We can’t trust the White House & the president will do whatever it takes to get what he wants.
If Republicans actually wanted to stop Trump’s slush fund, they would vote with Democrats to permanently block it.
Stopped by AP U.S. History & AP Government classes at Jackson High School in Mill Creek. Great to answer student questions & talk about the latest developments in Congress.

There is a new policy for pets aboard WA State Ferries. Reily approves!
www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news...
Our seniors deserve access to the medical care they need when they need it. But the Trump administration is actively delaying & denying care for WA seniors using AI. I am fighting to undo this harmful program.

High-speed rail development could transform the PNW & the way we travel!
That’s why I introduced legislation to invest $200 billion in a national high-speed rail network that would connect our communities along the Cascade Corridor & across the country.
But make no mistake, Congress still has a role to play here. Republicans need to join Democrats & finally stand up to this lawless president.
Trump wants to give $1.8 billion of your tax dollars to his friends, donors, & criminals.
Today a court ruling put a temporary stop to this blatant corruption.
