(2/2) I’ll keep fighting in Congress to make sure young people get the support they need, including preventing essential SNAP food benefits from being used as a political pawn.
Stopped by My Friend’s Place this morning — a lifeline for young Angelenos experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. They offer safety and real paths forward. (1/2)
A very important PSA: WIC is still open and available to help women and children under 5 years old during the government shutdown. I just toured one such WIC center in my district that is working to make sure those in need get support. (1/2)
This is just cruel. It will do nothing but cause confusion, delays, and in some cases danger for Americans traveling abroad.
SCOTUS just allowed Trump's anti-trans passport policy to go into effect while litigation proceeds. This move is wrong and allowing it to take effect—even temporarily—puts trans, nonbinary, & intersex Americans travelling abroad at risk of harassment, discrimination, & violence.

It’s been an incredible honor to work alongside Nancy Pelosi in Congress. I am so sad to see her stepping down, but grateful that I was able to learn from her over the last year. She’s achieved countless victories for the people of San Francisco, California, and our nation.
It’s Election Day! Come with me to LA County’s Ballot Processing Center to learn how your ballot is sorted and counted. No matter how you decide to vote tonight, just make sure you make your voice heard.
Last night, I joined our local Fox News station and said that no one wants Americans to go hungry, whether they're Democrats or Republicans. But now that Trump says he's going to ignore a court order and continue using SNAP benefits as a political bargaining chip, I'm not so sure.
Trump confirms he is weaponizing hunger
SNAP BENEFITS, which increased by Billions and Billions of Dollars (MANY FOLD!) during Crooked Joe Biden’s disastrous term in office (Due to the fact that they were haphazardly “handed” to anyone for the asking, as opposed to just those in need, which is the purpose of SNAP!), will be given only when the Radical Left Democrats open up government, which they can easily do, and not before! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DJT
Students, TODAY is the LAST DAY to submit your apps for consideration in our Congressional App Challenge! I’m so excited to see what our brilliant students have created this year! Best of luck to all that have submitted their application!

Wednesday at 11:30AM PT / 2:30PM ET, I'll join fellow breast cancer survivor @Friedman.house.gov for a virtual town hall on the importance of affordable healthcare for cancer patients during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. If you're interested, RSVP here: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F...
Today marks 7 years since the horrific shooting at Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh. 11 innocent lives were killed – ripped away from their community, family, and friends in a chilling act of antisemitism.
Both Skyline and the patients they serve are worried sick about Republican cuts to Medicaid. I refuse to rubber stamp a future where those in my district have to choose between expensive healthcare, or pain and suffering. You can count on me to hold the line. (2/2)
