Last night, I joined our local Fox News station and said that no one wants Americans to go hungry, whether they're Democrats or Republicans.
But now that Trump says he's going to ignore a court order and continue using SNAP benefits as a political bargaining chip, I'm not so sure.
Congrats Dodgers. Enjoy every minute of that victory parade!
It’s been a hell of a year, but Los Angeles will always find a way to come out on top!
Me on Fox News this morning directly addressing how our President is more worried about where he has a poo than millions of Americans going hungry.

The deadline is approaching to submit your fully completed application to be considered for nomination to a service academy! (1/2)
Students, TODAY is the LAST DAY to submit your apps for consideration in our Congressional App Challenge!

May their memories continue to be a blessing, and a reminder that we must work towards a future where no one has to fear being harmed in their places of worship.
Today marks 7 years since the horrific shooting at Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh. 11 innocent lives were killed – ripped away from their community, family, and friends in a chilling act of antisemitism.
Both Skyline and the patients they serve are worried sick about Republican cuts to Medicaid. I refuse to rubber stamp a future where those in my district have to choose between expensive healthcare, or pain and suffering. You can count on me to hold the line. (2/2)
I visited Skyline Healthcare & Wellness Center, one of the many in-home care centers in my district which serves numerous Americans on Medicaid and Medicare. (1/2)
I will not let Republicans bully you into making impossible choices, like skipping a meal just to afford a check-up. (2/2)
If you’re on Covered California, the Republican Shutdown Sham budget means your healthcare costs will increase as much as 97% next year.
Californians simply can't afford that. 400,000 are expected to lose their coverage entirely. (1/2)

LGBTQ history has been written by brave icons who faced relentless discrimination and attacks. This October, we honor their achievements and recommit ourselves to standing up for a new generation of LGBTQ Americans.
If House Republicans keep dragging their feet during their self-made shutdown, 1.5 million Americans will lose lifesaving healthcare.
Affordable healthcare is nonnegotiable. I’ll continue to hold the line and fight for lower cost healthcare for all.
House Republicans are nowhere to be found this week (as usual), but I’m in DC working to lower costs and protect your healthcare. (2/2)
Over the next couple of weeks, Californians will continue to receive notifications that their healthcare is going to get more expensive because of the Republican’s cruel budget. (1/2)
