Trump promised he would lower prices on goods. Now, when hardworking Americans go to the dealership, they will have to pay thousands more to buy a car.
The Trump tariffs are causing prices to rise across the board. We can’t afford this administration.
These cuts come as we face the worst measles outbreak in decades, a worrying spread of bird flu, rising rates of infectious disease, & a looming flu season. HHS Sec. is promoting exploitative pseudoscience while destroying our investments in public health. Our nation will be much sicker as a result.
I’m holding his family, friends, and loved ones close in my thoughts as they grieve this unimaginable loss.
Heartbreaking news — one of the four U.S. soldiers killed during a military training accident in Lithuania was a young man from Glendale. We owe him and his fellow service members a debt that can never be fully repaid.
Excited to welcome part of the 2028 Olympic Games to our district!
This will be a huge boost to our local economy & communities, & add another chapter to the storied legacy of the Rose Bowl. Pasadena will make history as only the 2nd venue in the world to host events for 3 separate Olympic Games.
Today we honor Cesar Chavez, a champion of labor rights, especially for farmworkers in California.
Along with Dolores Huerta, Larry Itliong, and other labor leaders, Chavez taught us the power we have when we unite and fight for our community.
Wildfire victims need reassurance that the homes they rebuild won’t be full of toxins.
That is why I’m leading Members of Congress to call on FEMA to stick to their decades-long precedent and test the soil now. Our families do not deserve half measures and uncertainty.
I’ll keep fighting against the administration’s attacks on our transgender friends.
On this International Transgender Day of Visibility, I want to tell every member of our transgender community who is braving transphobia & ridicule to live as their authentic selves. We see you & support you.
This scene and stories like it are deeply disturbing, especially as a Jewish woman.
It is un-American to disappear students off the street with zero due process. This does nothing to fight antisemitism, and ignoring our Constitution does nothing to protect Jews.

FEMA just announced that the deadline to submit a Right of Entry form to be eligible for wildfire debris removal has been EXTENDED to April 15th.
Additionally, the deadline to apply for FEMA aid & SBA loans is coming up on March 31st.
Go to recovery.lacounty.gov/debris-removal/ to apply.
My thoughts are with those in Myanmar and Thailand who have been impacted by the devastating earthquake that struck late Thursday night.
In times of crisis like this, the United States must stand ready to lend a helping hand.
Missed our previous mobile office hours? No worries, my Constituent Services Team is holding another one from 12 – 5 pm on April 1st.
If you need help with a federal agency, Social Security, or assistance with your passport, come by and get your questions answered by my wonderful team!
Not even the disease-sniffing dogs at the USDA are safe from DOGE cuts.
Thanks to DOGE, our food is less safe and being left to rot at our ports. So much for lowering grocery prices.
I toured the Huntsman Corporation facility in Glendale and got to meet their team that are making innovative products for aerospace and electrical power applications. I appreciate our local businesses.
Young artists, it is almost time to put those finishing touches on your masterpieces!
There’s only TWO WEEKS left to submit your art and be entered to win a trip to Washington D.C.! I’m so excited to see the photographs, paintings, and more than our talented artists have created.
How vile. Americans pay into Social Security with a lifetime’s worth of work.
They are not “fraudsters” for asking for the benefits they've earned.
Breathtakingly careless and inexcusable.
This administration's incompetence creates huge risks for our service members.

Disgusting. I will always stand on the side of equal justice for all.
We are fighting for a better future, and I am so grateful for all those that showed up today at the March for Our Constitution to tell the Trump Administration in no uncertain terms that we won’t back down.
Let’s keep marching and building a government that answers to the people.
