It was great to honor Missy Young and the important work of “The Just One Project.”
Thank you to the National Retail Federation for naming me a retail crime fighter!
I’m leading bipartisan legislation that will give law enforcement the tools they need to crack down on Organized Retail Crime which costs Nevada businesses, consumers, and taxpayers over $1 billion a year.
On Peace Officers Memorial Day, we remember the brave law enforcement officers who lost their lives in the line of duty and thank those who are still making sacrifices every day to keep us safe.
For decades, federal law has ensured that proceeds from federal land sales in southern Nevada stay in Nevada.
Rep. Amodei's proposal — which does not have Clark County's support — would send the proceeds to D.C. to pay for wealthy tax breaks in Republican-led legislation.
This #PoliceWeek, Speaker Johnson should let us vote on the bipartisan Invest to Protect Act.
It would make investments in our local police departments — in training, recruitment and retention, and mental health ⬇️

Last year, I helped deliver $1,000,000 for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to replace the department’s 17-year-old emergency command vehicle.
I’m continuing to fight to ensure @lvmpd.com gets the resources they need to keep us safe. #PoliceWeek
Not to mention, this proposal could negatively affect the operations of the Colorado River System and Nevada's water security. (4/4)
His proposal was added to Republican-led legislation in the dead of night without the consent or collaboration of the Clark County Commission or any member of Nevada’s federal delegation elected by the voters of Clark County. (3/4)
For decades, federal law has ensured that proceeds from land sales in southern Nevada stay in Nevada. (2/4)
Today, I wrote to Rep. Amodei urging him to withdraw his proposal to send proceeds of Nevada public land sales to Washington to pay for billionaire tax breaks ⬇️ (1/4)

It’s National Police Week! Law enforcement officers put their lives on the line and sacrifice so much to keep us safe.
I will continue to secure federal investments for our state and local police, and push for legislation that gives our officers the tools they need to do their jobs. #PoliceWeek
Happy Mother’s Day from my family to yours! I’m so grateful to be the mom of two amazing kids.
I’m leading a bipartisan bill to recover unused funds to repair the Hoover Dam. It will help lower energy prices, protect our water, and save taxpayer dollars ⬇️

During this #SmallBusinessWeek, I welcomed Team Tacotarian to Washington and congratulated them for being named as the 2025 Nevada Small Business Persons of the Year!
Southern Nevada is home to so many incredible small businesses, including Tacotarian Las Vegas, one of my favorite spots in the city.
I took to the House Floor to honor the life of my dear friend and mentor Elaine Wynn. She was instrumental in delivering so much to Vegas and Nevada. Her trailblazing philanthropy touched the lives of millions.
I'm grateful that I learned so much from such an amazing woman.
Please know that I, and so many Nevadans and Americans, stand with public servants.
Happy #PublicServiceRecognitionWeek to the thousands of incredible public servants across all levels of government in Nevada!
I want to especially thank our federal employees who are doing so much for our healthcare, education, infrastructure, public lands, and more.
This morning, I joined @momsrising.org to fight House Republicans' plan to gut Medicaid for more than 800,000 Nevadans so they can pay for billionaires' tax cuts.
I will always stand up for Nevada families.
