This President tells us every day that no election is free and fair unless HE wins. Well, that's not how it works in America, no matter how many tantrums he throws. Trump lost the 2020 election. That will never change and I have zero intention of letting him rewrite history.
Trump: “The 2020 Presidential Election should be permanently wiped from the books and be of no further force or effect! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DJT”
The Southern Poverty Law Center, one of the greatest political scams in American History, has been charged with FRAUD. This is another Democrat Hoax, along with Act Blue, and many others. If it is true, the 2020 Presidential Election should be permanently wiped from the books and be of no further force or effect! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DJT
Gas prices and energy prices are SURGING. Trump wants to totally defund programs that help drive down costs. Meanwhile, his Energy Secretary has NO solution to bring down gas prices other than "it's Biden's fault." I guess I missed the part where Joe Biden declared war on Iran.
What a shameless grift. The President's son bragging about a $24 million Pentagon contract like it's a game show prize. Meanwhile, Trump is demanding a $1.5 TRILLION war budget so defense contractors get rich while you pay at the pump for his war with Iran. Obscene corruption.
Eric Trump -- the president's son -- is on Maria Bartiromo's show bragging about one of his companies landing a $24 million Pentagon contract
The "woke" research grants RFK Jr. cut at NIH? Millions of dollars to research maternal health, vaccines, Alzheimer's, and cancer. How is researching cancer woke? No one voted for this.
When people stand up and use their voice to protect the right to abortion, they win. Glad the people of Idaho are working to stop Republican politicians from controlling women and to protect the right to essential reproductive health care.
Every Republican who voted YES to another $70 billion ICE slush fund at 3 AM last night said NO to child care.   Republicans said NO to health care. NO to helping working Americans in any way at all.   I'll be making sure everyone knows it.
RFK Jr. has repeatedly lied to our Senate committee and broken promises he made under oath. So, I entered some articles into the record that my colleagues should read. Like, “GOP Senator Refuses to Face Reality About RFK Jr. After Being ‘Lied’ To.”
There is no excuse. None. Republicans have the votes, they have the power—and tonight they are choosing, deliberately, to do nothing for families and everything for ICE.   It’s past 3 AM and they’re jamming through $70 billion for ICE and $0 for families.   Spread the word.
It's 2 AM. Republicans are pulling an all-nighter to shovel $70 billion at ICE—and can't be bothered to spend a cent to save health care for the millions of Americans who can't afford insurance. Shame on every one of them. I'm voting NO.
For millions of parents, child care costs more than rent. Moms are quitting jobs they love because they can't even FIND child care. And Republicans' response tonight? A blank check for ICE.
Tonight, I put forward a very simple amendment: ensure no family pays more than 7% of their income on child care. I gave my colleagues an opportunity to vote on lowering costs for hardworking American families. Republicans voted it down. Shame.
If you're wondering why the Senate is in session at midnight tonight, it's because Republicans are trying to jam through at least $70 billion for ICE with no accountability. $70 billion for ICE. $0 to help families. $0 to help lower costs. What a disgrace. I'm voting NO.
I just voted for the FIFTH time to end the war in Iran. Gas prices are still surging, this conflict threatens to plunge us into a global economic crisis, and America is not any safer. Yet Republicans refuse to put a check on this out-of-control President.
Trump started a war. Working families get the bill. And Stephen Miller gets a $70 billion blank check for ICE?? It makes no sense. I will vote NO on the Republicans' garbage budget.
President Trump plastered his giant face on our National Park passes so I asked the Secretary of the Interior: Has Trump even visited a National Park since he was sworn in? Too busy golfing, I guess.
In addition to Trump's war with Iran, he has all but declared war on lifesaving medical research. I'll keep fighting to protect funding to cure cancer and so much more, but we need an administration that isn't actively trying to sabotage things like Alzheimer's research.
Republicans are working hard to cut another blank check to ICE and CBP with NO reforms.   Americans want affordable health care and housing—NOT billions of their tax dollars funneled to rogue agencies.   I voted NO.
The President spent more on bombs in ONE WEEK of his war with Iran than we spend in an entire YEAR to help parents afford child care. Trump & RFK Jr. are asking to spend $500B more for war—but they won't increase funding for child care by a cent.
PATTY MURRAY: What happened to childcare in this budget? RFK Jr: Ok, let's talk about childcare then instead of the war MURRAY: Just so it's clear, the president is requesting $1.5t in defense which cuts our non-defense incredibly RFK Jr: It's not my department
Instead of doing literally anything to lower costs, Republicans are now racing to give ICE & CBP another $70 billion without ANY accountability. Families want relief from sky-high prices, not more of their tax dollars thrown at a rogue agency that doesn’t respect their rights.
