The SAVE America Act is not about voter ID.   It's about giving your private information to the Department of Homeland Security, purging voters, and making it harder to vote. We will not allow that.
Everyone deserves the chance to thrive. Thanks to the work of the Mary Cariola Center, we’re helping make that a reality in Rochester. I’m grateful to Governor Hochul for providing funding to support this expansion. I look forward to seeing the new campus very soon.
Donald Trump's interference in our election systems is about benefiting his party and himself.   We cannot allow him to make it harder for eligible Americans to make their voices heard at the ballot box.
This is a 5-year-old child and his family who came here legally in search of the American Dream. Imagine this were your family, denied the chance to tell your story to a judge. It's indefensible. We won't stop fighting to end this administration's cruelty.
The SAVE America Act is part of a broader effort to block Americans from having a say in their government. That’s what this comes down to.
What could we be doing with the billion dollars per day Trump is spending in Iran? Helping hardworking American families put food on the table for their kids.
The SAVE America Act would hand over Americans’ sensitive information to DHS. That’s not election security, that’s a violation of your privacy.
The Department of Homeland Security and ICE need reform and accountability. Markwayne Mullin is not the leader for this moment. Our communities deserve leadership focused on transparency, responsibility, and real solutions.
We're 19 days into Trump's war in Iran and spending billions of dollars while costs skyrocket. We could be using just a fraction of that money to make sure hardworking Americans have access to healthcare.
The U.S. Senate is debating the SAVE America Act, the greatest voter suppression bill ever to be considered by both houses of Congress. This is an attempt to take over our elections, it has to be stopped.
The SAVE America Act is a blatant attempt to undermine our elections and make it harder for millions of eligible Americans to vote. Proud to stand with @padilla.senate.gov and voting rights advocates today. Together, we will fight any effort to take over our elections.
Great to meet with leaders from University of Rochester and partners in the fusion energy field during Fusion Day. The Laboratory for Laser Energetics and innovators across our region are helping drive advanced science and high-tech jobs. Proud to support Rochester’s leadership in this field.
I'm heartened to see a long-overdue January 6 plaque finally installed in the Capitol. Today, I'm leading a group of my colleagues to visit the plaque and honor the law enforcement officers who served so bravely that day.
