Fans deserve fairness and transparency, not a rigged system designed to squeeze every last dollar out of working people. That’s why @repnellie.bsky.social and I are demanding answers from FIFA.
With the World Cup just 35 days away, FIFA is jacking up prices, creating artificial scarcity, and hitting fans with huge resale fees while tickets mysteriously keep reappearing after matches are called “sold out.”
I continue to monitor this situation and stay in close contact with affected members of the Keyport community and officials.
The NJDEP is working to complete the testing as soon as possible and hold the owner of the property accountable for failing to properly close the landfill.
Bottom line: There is no confirmed exposure yet, but a full investigation is underway with more answers expected as testing progresses.
Following my call for a coordinated state-federal investigation of a potential cancer cluster in Keyport, New Jersey officials are launching new, comprehensive testing of the soil and groundwater to determine whether contamination has spread and if there’s any risk to residents.
Today I pressed EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin for a clear commitment to address the suspected cancer cluster in Keyport, NJ.
More than 40 cancer cases, including 28 on a single street, demand action.
The community deserves answers, accountability, and a full federal response.
Watch:
The air, soil, and water must be tested, cancer data must be reviewed, ongoing exposure must be stopped, and nearly $900,000 in unpaid fines must be enforced. Residents deserve answers, accountability, and action now. www.nj.com/news/2026/04...
I am demanding an urgent state and federal investigation into a suspected cancer cluster in Keyport, where more than 40 cases, including 28 on one street, have been identified near a toxic landfill that was never properly closed.
If Republicans are serious about keeping America safe and on the move, they’ll join us. But they insist on giving Trump’s deadly ICE and Border Patrol a blank check—and on keeping DHS shut down.
I’m signing on to a discharge petition to force a vote on funding TSA, the Coast Guard, and FEMA. Enough is enough.
TSA agents are now missing paychecks and having to find alternative ways to feed their families, and it’s because Republicans refuse to take up our standalone, clean bill to fund TSA.
They won’t rein in Trump’s ICE and Border Patrol, and they won’t work with us.
I'll always fight in Congress for commonsense policies that protect our air and water, lower your energy costs, and make our NJ-06 communities better places to live.
Proud to receive a 100% on this year's @lcv.org Scorecard!
Being from the Shore, I know how important a clean and safe environment is to building strong communities.

Thousands of federal retirees are facing chaos this tax season because OPM hasn’t mailed their tax documents on time.
Worse, when they call, they’re met with busy signals and long hold times.
Unacceptable.
I teamed up with @pallone.house.gov to demand Director Kupor fix this now.
What country will he attack next in an effort to drag America into further wars?
There is a reason the Constitution gives Congress—not the President alone—the power to declare war. It's to avoid a reckless president bombing whatever he wants.
If America is attacked or our soldiers are put at risk, it’s because of Trump’s desire to go to war. And his refusal to ask Congress or even listen to his own advisors, is because he’s unhinged and doesn’t want cooler heads to prevail.
Trump is the warmonger. He is causing the violence. He’s not the president of peace. He’s the president of war.
What the heck is the K-Shaped Economy and how is Trump making it worse? Let's talk about it.

💪 A very New Jersey, very blue collar chat between @pallone.house.gov & @weareliuna.bsky.social #Local472 member (and laid off @gatewayprogram.bsky.social #Laborer) Derrick Healy ahead of tonight's State of the Union address.

✊ Derrick & Justin of @weareliuna.bsky.social #Local472 are repping us as @pallone.house.gov & @repnellie.bsky.social's guests at STOU.
Derrick: "Is it politics as usual w/Pres. Trump saying one thing & doing another?"
Justin: "@gatewayprogram.bsky.social shouldn't have stopped. It's upsetting."
