Tourism is the lifeline to our mountain communities & because of the tariffs & Trump’s threats to our allies, we are seeing significant decrease in tourists to the US.
Many people voted for Trump because he promised to lower costs. Instead, he has been a wrecking ball to our economy
I started working in 6th grade cleaning houses, but like so many, I didn’t have the chance to save for retirement until later. Having access to a 401k plan can make a huge difference later in life. Grateful to Rep. Michael Rulli for partnering with me to introduce a bill that ensures just that.

Trump continues to bring instability and skyrocketing costs for all of us after promising to lower costs on day one. Large corporations are in a better position to weather this storm but far too many small businesses will shutter.
Like so many women, I relied on Planned Parenthood for care when I was uninsured.
At pprockymountains.bsky.social in Arvada this week, I spoke with those whose work is at risk because of Trump’s attacks. I’ll never stop fighting for access to care and for the people who depend on it.
Trump’s tariffs aren’t deals, they are taxes on working families. With his plans to institute these disastrous tariffs tomorrow we’ll be seeing a 24% hike on everyday goods, which will mean higher prices at checkout and more strain on small businesses and individuals! This trade chaos hurts us all!
Colorado is now losing a 3rd major clean energy project because of Trump’s tariffs & his disastrous Big Bad Bill.
This means costs will continue to go up for families, we will lose jobs in Colorado, and we will be further from meeting our energy goals.
60 years ago America made a promise we will not leave our seniors, people with disabilities and those living in poverty without the essential healthcare they need. We aren’t going to sit back while Republicans mislead the public about the bill they just passed and the detrimental impact to all of us
Masked agents are showing up in unmarked vans & detaining people without due process. We need basic oversight & transparency over an agency that can detain, deport, and separate families. That’s why I added my name to a bill to require ICE agents to be unmasked while clearly displaying ID.
Trump tried to withhold $7 billion in federal education funds which would have reduced Colorado funding by $80 million.
I joined my colleagues, as well as governors across the country, demanding the release of these funds, and thankful that ultimately, the courts ruled in our favor.
From increased wildfires, to flash floods and horrible air quality on the Front Range, Colorado is already on the front lines of climate change. And it’s only getting worse.
This move is a direct attack on science and on our future.
My office has received countless calls from seniors, families, & businesses who can’t get anyone at @IRSnews or @SocialSecurity to pick up the phone.
I'm demanding answers because we deserve to know how Trump's reckless cuts are impacting the services our seniors depend on.
Trump is illegally freezing $5.5 billion in education funding – including for Colorado. Trump is literally taking books off the shelves & teachers from the classrooms of our kids.
In Trump's world, what happens to the rest of us doesn’t matter.
That's why we’re demanding answers.
