The Jewish community is reeling from terrorist attacks in DC & Boulder. I've drafted a statement which many Jewish Members joined demanding leadership take real action: pass the #Antisemitism Awareness Act & fund the Security Grant Program. Non-binding resolutions/platitudes no longer cut it. 1/2
There is so much wrong with #Trump’s statement, let me correct him on two points. First, as the Congressional Representative for the Pacific Palisades, I should remind the President that there are virtually no federal permits that homeowners and businesses need. 1/2

The Indus River is the lifeline for tens of millions of Pakistanis, and protecting that water resource is vital. I am also very concerned to hear of unrest in the city of Moro, Pakistan, and the deaths of Irfan & Zahid Laghari, who were killed while protesting for water rights in Sindh. 2/5
