His chaotic, unstable economic policies are driving up the costs of Halloween candy.
The Trump administration has the responsibility to feed 42 million hungry Americans. SNAP has about $5 billion in an emergency fund and has the ability to transfer this money to provide funding to cover November benefits. Instead, they're leaving them hungry.
