Right now, Elon Musk and other Special Government Employees (SGEs) with significant conflicts of interest are working the system.
We demand reform. That’s why @warren.senate.gov and I introduced the SGE Ethics Enforcement & Reform Act to ensure SGEs are subject to oversight and accountability ⬇️
We have a crisis in maternal health here in the U.S.
Black women are 3 - 4 times more likely to die from pregnancy-related causes and cuts to healthcare programs across the country will only make this worse!
This #BlackMaternalHealthWeek, we must fight like hell for the equity Black women deserve.
Albuquerque, thank you for showing up! Our town hall was such a success!
Now more than ever, your voices are so important! Keep showing up, keep speaking out, and keep sharing your thoughts, your fears, your hopes and your dreams! More to come this week.
Today, I went to our Social Security Office to conduct Oversight and was denied access to meet with officials.
Instead, we were given a generic phone number in another state and denied entry past the waiting room.
Here’s what we found out ⬇️
Friends, if you can’t make it to our town hall in ABQ in person tonight, we will also be live-streaming it to YouTube!
Join us at 5:30pm MT to watch: youtube.com/@repstansbury

The GOP is not the party of fiscal responsibility—but of tariffs and cruel cuts to social programs.
That includes $230B in cuts to SNAP and food assistance in their latest budget resolution. In NM 1 in 5 children are food insecure.
We must stop these cuts from being becoming law.
As we head into this Holy Week, we are wishing you a Happy Palm Sunday and an Easter season filled with faith, hope, and family. ❤️
What exactly is Elon Musk doing inside the Social Security Administration?
-Why is he hacking our data?
-Firing employees?
-Shutting down offices? And
-Moving communications to his own social media platform?
We are exposing this agenda for what it really is. ↙️
Chag Sameach! I hope you and yours have a joyful and sweet Passover. ❤️
Real people, millions of Americans like the Tittmanns, will be hurt by cutting Medicaid and public health programs—which is why we are fighting back against this cruel agenda.
We must keep up the fight!
The Fair Housing Act has made it so that everyone, regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, or religion, has equal housing opportunities.
Almost 60 years later we must continue to fight for justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of life.
Did Donald Trump engage in insider trading and market manipulation, or was he really dedicated to his tariff regime?
Something doesn’t smell right here, and that’s why we must get to the bottom of this!
Let’s break it down ⬇️
Today on your 95th birthday, we honor YOU, the legend and our inspiration, Dolores Huerta for your lifetime of work to advance labor, civil, and women’s rights.
Dolores, you’ve inspired generations of activists and led incredible change. The world is a better place because of you.
Sí se puede!
Bravo, my friends. Your one big, beautiful bill is going to blow a hole through the deficit to give permanent tax breaks to billionaires on the backs of real Americans.
That’s why we voted NO!
NM-01! We’re hitting the road once again!
Join us next week in Albuquerque, Moriarty, Fort Sumner, Roswell, and Lincoln County. I hope to see you there!

So… Tonight Republicans pulled the plug on their own budget and tax package because fiscal conservatives in the House are demanding even deeper cuts to social and other vital programs to pay for tax breaks for billionaires. Here’s what’s going on. ⬇️
This is the OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE—so why is the GOP talking about vape pens and weight loss drugs rather than conducting oversight on Trump's firing of 10,000 federal healthcare workers at HHS and 3,500 scientists at the FDA?
These cuts WILL threaten the health and safety of our food and drug supply.
Donald Trump just signed an executive order on shower head water pressure.
Meanwhile the House is debating a resolution to gut Medicaid and food assistance.
You literally cannot make this up.
