Tariffs on imported medicines are a prescription for disaster.
President Trump is making prescription drugs less available and more expensive. We need real solutions that will make medications affordable across the board.
Their proposal to repeal the Roadless Rule does not allow for MEANINGFUL public participation; it needs to be extended to 30 days.

SCOTUS ok'd racially profiling Latinos. Yep, you read that right.
The Court ruled that federal officers are allowed to make immigration stops based on race and language.
This is a dangerous breach of our Constitution and another step toward authoritarianism.

Check out these tips on how to protect yourself and loved ones with safe firearm storage.
Today is International Literacy Day! 📚
When a child learns to read, they gain access to more than just stories. Literacy opens up a lifetime of knowledge and opportunities.
I will keep working to deliver the tools that our children need to become lifelong readers and learners.
Over 1 in 3 women will experience domestic violence in their lives. It's disgusting to even suggest that what these women survived is not a real crime.

I just met with staff at an ICE Field Office in Portland.
My visit reinforced what I knew to be true, the Trump Admin is intentionally creating chaos and confusion around immigration enforcement to seize power and push the boundaries of the law.
This is how we slip into authoritarianism.
The Trump Administration is repealing the Roadless Rule Act, jeopardizing nearly 60 million acres of pristine forestlands, which will threaten wildlife, increase the risk of fires, & exacerbate climate change.
You can submit your comments during the open period until Sept. 19, 2025.
Happy #NationalFoodBankDay! 🍎
