Mike Thompson

Charles Michael Thompson is an American politician serving as the U.S. representative for California's 4th congressional district since 1999. The district, in the outer northern portion of the San Francisco Bay Area, includes all of Lake and Napa counties and parts of Contra Costa, Solano, Yolo and Sonoma counties. Thompson chairs the House Gun Violence Prevention Task Force. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

#PicketFire in Calistoga Napa OES update: The Calistoga Community Center, located at 1307 Washington St, Calistoga, CA 94515, is open and operating as a resource center for individuals who have evacuated. Amenities include A/C, charging stations, and light refreshments.
Thank you to Napa Firewise Foundation, our fire safe councils, volunteers, and community partners for their pre-fire preventive measures that are making a difference in suppressing this fire.
Joined CalFire, the Napa County Fire Department, and our firefighting crews for this morning’s operational briefing on the #PickettFire. We are at 11 percent containment due to their experienced leadership and the extraordinary effort of our crews.
