Know that Nevadans are watching and that we see right through Senator Lee’s maneuvers. I’ll continue fighting any provision that sells off our public land without our consent and without adequate safeguards for our limited water resources.
The Senate Parliamentarian ruled that Senator Mike Lee’s provision to sell off millions of acres of public lands is out of order in the BS Republican budget. Now he is trying to find other ways to sell off our public lands.
Last night, I spoke at Henderson’s Juneteenth event. I thanked Deborah ‘Dee’ Evans for her important work as President of Juneteenth Nevada amplifying the holiday, supporting the fight for justice, and striving for equity.
This weekend, I attended the Equality Center’s Southern Nevada Pride Fest of Henderson. Events like these are special to our LGBTQ+ community and serve as a reminder that equality applies to everyone.
Trump’s attack on the National Endowment for the Humanities should be seen for what it is: an attack on our institutions of learning, as he dangerously presses on free speech and open access to knowledge.
This is a flagrant attempt from POTUS to abuse the National Park Service as a mechanism to wipe out our shared American culture, history, and values and attack free speech. Soon, Trump will be asking us to tell on each other for any opinions that he deems “negative.” www.npr.org/2025/06/10/n...
As Co-Chair of the Congressional Wild Horse Caucus, I am urging leadership of the House and Senate Appropriations Committees to retain longstanding prohibitions against the lethal control and commercial destruction of federally protected wild horses and burros.
I performed at the Shakespeare Company’s Will on the Hill event as Pyramus in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. As Trump attacks our access to knowledge and learning, now more than ever we need to show up for our cultural institutions.
#TeamTitus attended the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority’s FLEX Career Center grand opening. This will be a great addition to our community, providing critical resources to prepare Southern Nevadans for promising careers.
I strongly oppose POTUS’s response to events in Los Angeles. His immigration policies are sowing chaos and division in our communities throughout the country. Federalizing the National Guard, mobilizing the Marines, and calling for the arrest of a Governor will escalate an already tense situation.
