Trump keeps claiming that the conflict in Iran is almost over… in reality, the Strait remains closed, gas prices are up, and we’re still deep in this forever war. The man that ran on lowering costs and ending wars is 0/2.
Happy Mother’s Day to my wife Lisa, an extraordinary mother to our three daughters and the heart of our family. This year has brought our family both joy and heartbreak, and I’m grateful every day for her strength, steadiness, and love.
Access to mifepristone has been temporarily restored – but Republicans’ assaults on health care won’t stop. They’re attacking Medicaid, the ACA, and abortion to make it harder and less affordable for you to access care.
Last week, the Supreme Court continued their all-out assault on the Voting Rights Act – the pinnacle of the civil rights movement. We need to continue to fight back and pass strong voting rights legislation.
While I’m glad the Supreme Court has temporarily reinstated access to mifepristone, women are still left in limbo with a constantly shifting landscape of regulations across the country. We need to pass strong legislation that protects reproductive care.
