The SEC’s enforcement director quit after reported “internal disagreement” about holding Trump’s political allies accountable. The agency still hasn’t released last year’s enforcement data. Chair Atkins must answer: is the SEC enforcing the law or bowing to a corrupt President?
Elon Musk said he’d “look into” a bipartisan law to counter criminal & adversary use of U.S. shell companies. The next day, Treasury gutted it. A new report suggests Musk has a network of companies that could’ve been subject to the law.
