Because of Republicans’ massive health care cuts, millions of American families will see their premiums skyrocket. That could mean having to choose between paying for health care or electricity. That's how dire our health care crisis is. That's why Democrats are not giving up.
Billionaire corporations are already seeing the money roll in from the giant tax giveaways Donald Trump and the Republicans stuffed into their Big, Beautiful Bill. What about working Americans? They're losing their health care, and their costs just keep going up. It's shameful.
We’re in a health care crisis. Hospitals and clinics will close from Trump’s cuts. 15 million people will lose their health care. Now Trump’s CDC layoffs are making it even WORSE by gutting our ability to stop emerging health threats. Democrats are fighting to stop this.
Thanks to Republicans in Congress, some Americans will have to pay more than $22,000 every year to keep their health insurance coverage. $22,000. That could be a matter of keeping health care coverage or just giving up—and for some people, life and death.
Trump shut down our government. But it’s open to dole out $20 billion for his political ally in Argentina. We have a new bill to stop this bailout and put “America First.”
Instead of working to reopen the government and lower health care costs, House Republicans are taking their FOURTH week of vacation. @repmcgovern.bsky.social and I are going to keep showing up—even when Republicans don't—to make sure every family has access to affordable health care.
