Our democracy works best when more people vote—not less. I refuse to sit idly by and let President Trump try to intimidate voters. We must pass my bill to stop him from sending armed federal agents to our polling places.
One year ago today, Donald Trump and Republicans passed their Big Ugly Bill into law. Since then, Americans have been kicked off their health care, had their food assistance taken away, and so much more.
In this administration’s latest attempts to dismantle the Department of Education, they are undermining special education programs and putting the services these kids need at risk.   I’m fighting this.
You know, it’s too rare that Democrats and Republicans come together to get things done, but we did to pass a bill to lower housing costs for Americans. And this is what President Trump has to say about it…
The president tried to rewrite the Constitution, and even his handpicked Supreme Court told him he went too far and reined him in. If you’re born in the United States, you are an American. Period. This should have never been up for debate in the first place.
The press 3 option for these kids should have never been taken away in the first place. I’m holding this administration’s feet to the fire to get it restored fast because lifesaving help for kids in crisis cannot wait.
American troops have been put in harm's way because of Trump’s war with Iran. What’s worse is that the Pentagon is downplaying the serious injuries that our servicemembers have suffered. Unacceptable is an understatement. www.cbsnews.com/news/wounded...
The 1969 Stonewall Inn Riots sparked a nationwide movement for LGBTQ rights when brave Americans stood up to hate and bigotry. On its anniversary, we pledge to keep standing up against violence towards the LGBTQ community in our continued fight for equality.
Handing special education to RFK, Jr. is a terrible idea. He has no experience in education, and even worse, has spread dangerous conspiracy theories about people with disabilities. We cannot allow this administration to continue its cruel crusade to abolish the Education Department.
