Attorney General Pam Bondi must immediately release all the files, as required by law. Anything short of a full and timely release is a White House cover-up and a direct challenge to Congress.
Now, the Trump administration is once again betraying the American people. By selectively releasing files, DOJ is openly defying the law and continuing a pattern of secrecy.
This law only exists because survivors refused to be silenced, the public demanded answers, and Congress agreed that transparency and justice are non-negotiable.
The Department of Justice released some of the Epstein files today but deliberately withheld others, in direct defiance of the bipartisan Epstein Files Transparency Act.
Speaker Johnson, families should not spend the holidays worrying about losing access to their health care coverage. Bring the bill to the floor and let Congress do its job for the American people.
House Democrats are demanding a vote on the bipartisan bill to extend the Affordable Care Act tax credits and prevent more than 20 million Americans from facing massive health care premium increases in the new year.
House Democrats are fighting to extend the ACA tax credits and protect affordable, accessible health care. We need Republicans to join us to stop these outrageous premium hikes and protect families in Ventura County and across the country.

Instead of taking action to stop this crisis, Republicans have no plan to lower health care costs and are running out the clock to get home for the holidays while gifting millions of Americans higher health care bills.
Across the country, millions of Americans will be just one diagnosis away from bankruptcy. People will delay care they cannot afford, and preventable and treatable illnesses will become life-threatening. Hospitals will be pushed to the brink as uninsured patients flood emergency rooms.
Because Republicans refuse to extend the Affordable Care Act tax credits set to expire on December 31, 43,000 Ventura County residents are expected to see their health care premiums rise by an average of 94 percent next year, and 9,000 people in Ventura County alone could lose coverage altogether.
Republicans have created a full-blown health care crisis, kicking millions of Americans off their coverage at the same time families are struggling with higher grocery prices, rising utility bills, and everyday household costs.

During this season of light, we must recommit ourselves to confronting hatred wherever it appears. We must unequivocally condemn antisemitism in all its forms and stand together against violence and hate.
I extend my deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims and stand in solidarity with the Jewish community in Australia, here at home, and across nations.
