Americans like Jorge from Paramount, shouldn’t have to pay an extra $700 per MONTH to access care for his family. Constituents like Diana from Long Beach, shouldn’t have to start paying hundreds of dollars just so she can manage her pre-existing condition.
My constituents reached out to share their stories of how Republicans’ health care crisis will rip away their access to care and the care of loved ones — so I followed up to hear from them directly.

Republicans have been MIA from work.
Meanwhile, premiums are set to skyrocket and cuts to Medicaid have put hospitals and clinics at risk of closing. Democrats are here, ready to work for the American people, reopen the government, and lower health care costs.
We will not back down.
