Denying the reality of working Americans is wild.
Ohio is facing gas prices that are 33% higher than this time last year. That is devastating for working families. But Trump couldn't care less.
Good news: Thanks to Rep. Pressley & House Democrats, the House just passed legislation to advance a vote to extend TPS for Haitians. This is huge for the 30,000 Haitians in Ohio.
Haitians fleeing violence are now being treated as political pawns by Trump. We’re going to keep fighting back.
I’m beyond upset after the Iran vote.
I again voted to end the war. But Republicans gave Trump exactly what he wanted: unlimited and unchecked power.
This is a disastrous, dangerous, and reckless illegal war that the people are sick of paying for. Republicans don’t care.
Headed to the floor to vote to end Trump’s war with Iran. Again.
Trump is sticking taxpayers with a $40 billion dollar bill and his war is making it harder for Americans to get by.
Prices are up and the economy is in trouble.
It's time to end this war permanently.
As Trump continues to manipulate markets, it is clear that members of Congress, the President, the VP and their families should not be trading stocks.
House Democrats are continuing to push to bring legislation to ban stock trading to the floor. It's time to restore trust and integrity.
Trump’s behavior has been unhinged, incoherent, and frankly frightening. The 25th Amendment is a constitutional protection that we have for a reason – and we need to be ready to use it. Proud to cosponsor this bill.

Lying straight to our faces...
Working Americans know that skyrocketing prices from the gas pump to the checkout line make it harder to get by. But Trump's administration would rather lie than admit they are wrong. SHAME.
Last week, we honored over 40 Northeast Ohio Vietnam Veterans at our OH-11 Pinning Ceremony.
This event was about saying a long overdue “thank you” and “welcome home.” I was humbled to share a small token of gratitude to our local heroes and their families.
Trump promised you $1k more on your tax return, instead he shorted you $346 of his promise.
If you have any doubt about who Trump is working for, just take a look at his policies. The rich are getting richer, while working Americans are $3,200 poorer because of his tariffs.
It’s tax day… don’t forget that Trump & Republicans cut health care, student loans, & basic food assistance to give billionaires & corporations massive tax breaks…
Not to mention taxpayers are footing the bill for Trump’s war in Iran, costing us $1 BILLION a day.
If Pam Bondi continues to evade the law and refuse to testify like she did today, then my colleagues and I will move forward with contempt proceedings.
Bondi will be held accountable and Oversight Democrats will reveal the truth about the Epstein Files and the Trump coverup.
My legislation to name the Collinwood Post Office after Cleveland WWII hero Tech Sergeant Alma Minter of the Six Triple Eight passed the House!
The bill now goes to the Senate - where I hope they join us in giving Sergeant Minter her flowers so that her name & her legacy are remembered & revered.
Instead of making sure our farmers can feed our nation, Sec. Rollins would rather lie about the struggles they face.
She may lie, but the numbers don't, & the truth is because of Trump's war in Iran, 70% of farmers can't afford the fertilizer they need to grow crops.

On Yom HaShoah, we pause to remember the millions of Jewish lives lost during the Holocaust.
We must recommit ourselves to confronting antisemitism with urgency and resolve because Never Again is our responsibility.
Tonight, Cleveland will light up the night sky to celebrate the homecoming of Artemis II.
It has been amazing to see this crew make history, with a lot of help from the team at NASA Glenn. Welcome Home!

We don’t need a larger ICE presence in NE Ohio. ICE has operated with impunity under Trump, believing they are above the law and the last thing local residents want is more dangerous chaos from them.

Still more we could do …
- Fund Tuition-Free Community College programs for 12 years
- Build a high-speed rail system
- Provide universal high-speed internet for 2 years
Taxpayer dollars should help the American people, not pay for Trump’s reckless wars.
Wait! There’s still more investments back home that we could make
- End the maternal health crisis by funding preventative care, post-partum care, and further research
- Fix all 220,000 bridges in need of repair nationwide
- Fund Early Childhood development education programs for 10 years
The list of good we could do with that money instead of spending $1 billion a day in Iran goes on and on…
- Fund expanded veterans’ VA medical care
- Increase the Child Tax Credit for 2 years
- Build affordable housing
