81 years ago, America’s Greatest Generation and our Allies beat the Nazis and stopped the spread of fascism across Europe. Today, I’m thinking of that generation, like my grandpaps, who answered the call and helped America win the Second World War.

More screen time can hurt our kids’ attention span, mental health, and imagination. Proud of these Western PA parents for bringing real scrutiny to how schools use screens and tech—more to come from me on this in Congress.
Seniors at my Town Hall at Crafton Plaza this week are worried about the Iran War. Here's what I had to say 👇
Workers are pissed off for good reason: the American Dream was ripped away from them, while more and more wealth and power go to the very top.
Nurses show up every single day to care for us when we need it most. This National Nurses Day, thank a nurse for their sacrifice and hard work—and let's keep up the fight for a health care system that respects & honors them with the pay and benefits THEY’VE EARNED. 🙌
Donald Trump’s record is clear: bleeding blue collar jobs.
Americans are struggling to pay bills while Donald Trump wastes our public money and risks American troops in a war we didn’t have to fight. Congressman Pat Ryan’s No Funds for Iran War Act is simple: stop funneling billions into this reckless war and bring our troops home.
Money galore for ballrooms and bombs, but cuts to healthcare and SNAP. Fiscally reckless and morally bankrupt.
Beating back corruption and corporate power in politics will not happen without strong unions. Proud to join the Transport Workers Union yesterday and talk about why supporting workers is critical to America’s success—now more than ever.
You should be able to get a snack on a flight after paying an arm and a leg for the ticket. Remember, these airlines were bailed out by the public and fly in airports staffed with federal workers and often built with federal dollars. 🤷🏻♂️
While spending billions on another regime change war, Donald Trump says it's "not possible" for the federal government to take care of childcare. That's B.S.: he is deciding to spend billions on bombs and war instead of helping families right here at home who are getting crushed.
Great to speak with NATCA today. I know it’s been a tough year for air traffic controllers and aviation workers—I’ll always fight for a safer system and for their hard work to be respected down in Washington.
We've got to get corporate power out of youth sports so they’re no longer a luxury item. Every kid should have the chance to play in their community and learn skills, discipline, and teamwork. That's what this fight is about.
Inflation ⬆️
Gas prices ⬆️
This reckless Iran War is driving up prices here at home for all of us.
🚨 Western PA—primary day is coming up! Make sure you’re registered to vote by May 4.
Youth sports shouldn't be a ripoff. I'm proud to lead this fight in Congress to take on corporate power. Let. Kids. Play. @moreperfectunion.bsky.social
Happy May Day to all the workers who make America run 💪
I'll always stand in solidarity with workers and fight for better pay, job conditions, and the freedom to form and join a union.
Proud to see many of the bills I've co-sponsored included in the @usprogressives.bsky.social vision—from expanding childcare to abolishing Super PACs and guaranteeing paid vacation and more 👇 (2/2)
Democrats must act boldly and quickly in the next Congress to make life less of a ripoff for families. We need big new ideas to make things cheaper. (1/2)
