Another Griffith Park safety improvement has been installed!
Crystal Springs has become the next milestone in making this iconic park safer for all to enjoy. Proud to have delivered funding to get these improvements done, and I'll keep fighting to bring these kinds of investments back from D.C.

Ashton, you represent the very best of CA-30's creativeness. You’ve made your community proud and I can’t wait to see where your musical talents take you next. (2/2)
Congratulations to Ashton Cohan, a talented young clarinet player in my district who has just been chosen to be in the prestigious and highly selective NYO2, a Carnegie Hall national youth ensemble! (1/2)
Last time, we were one vote short. Today, we passed it. The House just voted to rein in Trump's war with Iran.
This is a huge victory for House Democrats👇

Taxpayer funding for Trump’s ballroom? Dead.
And that’s not even the biggest fight this week.
Today we vote on a war powers resolution to rein in his war with Iran. Here’s where things stand 👇

Trump is letting his weird hatred of windmills get in the way of creating enough renewable energy to affordably power 20 million American homes.
He’s standing in the way of lower prices and clean air.
I’m proud to cosponsor the Universal School Meals Program Act to end child hunger as we know it. It will ensure that all K-12 students have access to 3 square meals a day so they can learn and play without worrying about getting enough to eat.
700,000 more children will go hungry – just so that Congressional Republicans can give more tax breaks to billionaires.
I’m not just working to reverse these consequences. I’m building a better future for our children. ⬇️

We need nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and California is suing the Trump Administration to make sure our healthcare heroes get the support they need to complete their education. (2/2)
Great to see this. I raised the alarm early on last year about Trump’s move to gut the financial resources used to train the professionals who take care of us when we’re sick. (1/2)
Happy Pride Month!
This month, I’m joyously celebrating the rich diversity and accomplishments of the LGBTQ community in Los Angeles, and recommitting to the struggle for equal rights and dignity for all.
I’ve fought for clean drinking water my entire career because families deserve peace of mind when they turn on the tap.
What does Secretary Kennedy have to say about this assault on public health?

The brave firefighters of Fire Station 8 risk their lives every day, while not knowing whether or not their firehouse will be safe in an earthquake.
Our $500K federal investment for a new firehouse will give our first responders a safe & modern station while reducing the burden on local taxpayers.
No matter who you vote for this election cycle, the most important thing you can do is VOTE.
Your vote is your voice, and the state of California has resources to make it heard. Head over to sos.ca.gov/elections if you have any questions.
I felt so honored being among many of our union friends, creative minds, and award-winning directors and actors at the ADG Awards earlier this year! I was able to connect and talk about my work on a national film tax credit, which will ensure that we keep both jobs and filming in our region.
Giving even more tax cuts to billionaires and fighting foreign wars while making things more expensive for you was Trump’s choice - one that I am working to reverse. (2/2)
Trump’s war of choice continues and hardworking Americans are feeling the pain at the pumps.
Americans shouldn’t have to take on multiple jobs just to get by. (1/2)
It’s past time for real solutions to this cost-of-living crisis this Administration has created. (2/2)
