Republicans want to cut Social Security, I want to save it. It's time for the wealthiest Americans to pay their fair share into Social Security. Every New Yorker — and every American — deserves to age with dignity.
Remember when Trump said he would "fix" the healthcare crisis he helped create? He didn't. He let the enhanced ACA subsidies expire with no alternative. And now it's predicted up to 5 million Americans will lose their marketplace coverage this year.
Everyone has been hurt by Trump's tariffs, from small businesses to working families to American manufacturing. Trump's tariffs backfired — just like we warned they would — and the American people paid the price.
🚨Social Security is under attack. Republicans want to cut it, I want to strengthen it. The only thing that can stand in the way of Trump's and Republicans' destruction of Social Security is a Democratic majority in the House and the Senate.
