I always know I'm on the right side of history when I join @ramirez.house.gov. We underscored the very real damage that this cruel bill will do to our communities, particularly the immigrants & their children in our districts. I will always stand up for immigrants and refugees in GA-04 and beyond.
I am proud to stand with my @housedemocrats.bsky.social colleagues and with the American people to do everything in our power to stop the Big Ugly Bill from becoming law.
Proud to join my colleague, @ramirez.house.gov, & stand for our immigrants, particularly the children. The BIG UGLY BILL won't just hurt Americans, but it targets immigrants by increasing Donald Trump's fascist, masked-ICE raids that are terrorizing our communities.

Today, Republicans are voting again to take healthcare away from over half a million Georgians, close hospitals across Georgia, and increase premiums by $500 for Georgians.
All who vote “Yes” on this cruel legislation that cuts food funding for those who need it most, will have American’s blood on their hands.
This is all because big shots in government want to give their multimillionaire and billionaire donors another huge tax cut.
What has been called Big and Beautiful is as Cruel and Ugly a piece of legislation as I have ever seen in my 19 years in Congress. This Big Ugly Bill cuts access to healthcare for 17 million Americans, which will lead to thousands of premature and preventable deaths.
On #NationalPostalWorkersDay, I'm taking a moment to recognize the incredible postal workers in GA04 who keep our communities connected. To every single one of you who diligently processes and delivers our mail every day, thank you!

It has been three years of fear, confusion, and suffering for so many. But also three years of organizing, resilience, and determination. And we are not done. I’m proud to stand with you in this fight for #reproductivefreedomnow!
Keeping cool, killing time reading NY Times awaiting votes. Stay safe in this heat, folks!
Trump First.
Netanyahu Second.
America Last.
CRSA Georgia's annual World Refugee Day Celebration reminds us that America would not be America without our diversity. Now, more than ever, we must protect refugees.
NO KINGS TODAY, NO KINGS TOMORROW, NO KINGS EVER, NO KINGS IN AMERICA
It’s simple: NO KINGS IN AMERICA
This Gun Violence Prevention Awareness Month, I am proud to wear orange and stand in solidarity with gun violence survivors and in memory of the victims of this senseless pattern of tragedy in our country. I am thankful for
@mcbath.house.gov & @robinkelly.house.gov for their continued leadership.
If it can happen to a Senator, it can happen to any of us. We will not accept this kind of misconduct from this wannabe king and his minions. It is time to get into some Good Trouble.
This is over the top madness! What are we coming to in this country? The land of the free and home of the brave has become the land of the king and home of the distressed. We must act to preserve our freedom!
