President Trump was dead set against releasing the Epstein files until he realized they had the votes in the House with or without him.
After the House vote today, the Senate needs to act.
It’s time to release the files.

After 50 years, the final segment of Highway 610 is now open, connecting Maple Grove to I-94!
I worked to secure federal funding for this highway, which means shorter commutes, faster emergency routes, and more opportunity.

Enjoyed speaking at this year's Texas Tribune Festival about everything from lowering costs for Americans to the future of our democracy. People are fired up!

I saw John McCain save health care on the Senate floor. We need that courage again.

In Trump’s America, “struggling” billionaires need a giant tax cut, but working people don’t deserve support to keep their health care premiums from going up.
We have to keep fighting to give Americans relief from rising costs, because they’re not going to get it from Trump.

Folks don’t need an “affordability message.” They need things to actually be affordable!
I spoke at the Appellate Judges Summit about the vital role the judiciary plays in upholding our Constitution. In a time of unprecedented attacks on the rule of law, judges reaffirm we are a government of laws. Thanks to Judge Reyes for introducing me.
I joined the family of US Army Capt. Willibald Bianchi, a WWII Medal of Honor recipient from New Ulm whose remains were recently identified, to recognize his service. Wounded 3 times, he kept fighting to protect his men and died a POW. After 80 years he will finally return home.
Great to celebrate 50 years of Hmong American contributions to Minnesota. From Col. Yee Hang, the highest-ranking Hmong officer in the U.S. Army, to Dr. Pakou Yang leading in education at Normandale and Sen. Foung Hawj serving in office, the Hmong community makes us stronger.
“You don’t think your president is going to be the one making things complicated for your business.”
From the Johnsons’ Goodhue County farm, a look at how tariffs are squeezing Minnesota’s family farmers. I’m working to end these harmful policies.

With heating costs up and winter weather on the horizon, families shouldn't have to choose between staying warm and putting food on the table.
I joined a bipartisan group of 32 senators in calling on Trump to release LIHEAP funding to keep families safe and warm this winter.
Our family farmers need foreign markets—where 20% of our agricultural products are sold.
The best way to help farmers deal with the impact of Trump’s chaotic tariffs is to end them.
It’s getting more and more expensive for families to buy groceries and household essentials. We need to get rid of Trump’s reckless tariffs and work on real solutions to lower prices.
Americans know the truth about Trump’s economy.
Grocery bills and health insurance premiums don’t lie.
Koochiching County was the final stop on my 7-county rural tour and marks all 87 counties visited this year!
I joined Mayor Dill and local leaders at North College Rainy River to highlight the importance of training that helps students prepare for good-paying, in-demand jobs.

“I look at running a successful business for 32 years, and then having an Administration gut punch the entire industry to where I might be put out of business.”
Watch Barry Barr of KAVU talk about how tariffs are hurting small businesses.

Broken promises define this administration.
President Trump promised Georgians he’d bring down prices and now he’s calling affordability “a con job.”
He’s betraying our state and the whole country.

Entering the Holidays, Trump is:
1. Sending billions to Argentina
2. Refurbishing his WH 🚽
3. Wasting billions on rebrands
4. Ripping food away from children, seniors, and American families
He is feeding his ego, not American families.
Stop 6 of my 7-county rural tour — and county number 86 of 87 this year!
I stopped by Tom Olson’s cattle farm in Lake of the Woods County. As Chair of the MN Beef Council, Tom works hard to support producers. We need to make sure they have every opportunity to succeed.
