Welcome home, Sophia. After nearly two months in the hospital, we all rejoice that she’s home and reunited with her Annunciation classmates.

The President claims American cattle ranchers "don't understand" their own industry and wants to import more beef from Argentina, a major competitor.
Trump needs to stop undercutting our farmers and ranchers to prop up his political ally in Argentina.

If Republicans get their way and let ACA tax credits expire, 339,000 Americans will lose their jobs next year.
Almost half of them will be doctors, nurses and caregivers.
They call it policy. We call it cruelty.
Last November, these states voted for Trump because he promised to lower costs on Day 1.
Now, insurance premiums are set to double because he won't extend the health care tax credits.
Americans across the country want to lower costs, not raise them.
Live reactions to the demolition of the East Wing with my friend @warren.senate.gov
Happy birthday to my husband and great dad, John! Many memorable times this year, including the State Fair and the giant inflatable Vikings player that suddenly deflated before our eyes. Hope you have a great day that ends with a Vikings win tonight!
President Trump needs to come to the table and negotiate an end to this shutdown before millions of Americans see their health insurance premiums double.
Trump is weaponizing the Justice Department to give himself millions in taxpayer dollars, attack his political enemies, and protect who he considers his friends.
This is a threat to the justice system and the rule of law.
I stood on the Senate floor with my friend @merkley.senate.gov who has been speaking through the night against authoritarianism & corruption.
As the President turns the Justice Department into his personal law firm, he’s doing nothing to prevent health care premiums from doubling.
Trump is treating the Justice Department as his own personal law firm.
I took to the Senate floor with @merkley.senate.gov to speak out against this authoritarianism and corruption.
As Ag Committee Ranking Member, I'm proud to work with @smith.senate.gov to advance our bill to ensure Thye-Blatnik payments continue to benefit Minnesotans.
These payments support law enforcement, infrastructure, and search-and-rescue within the Boundary Waters.
A couple in their 60s in Marshall could see their monthly premiums increase from $233 to almost $400. That’s a 70% increase.
With prices already rising, that means families will have to choose between paying for essentials or health care.
In western MN, some people will see their health insurance premiums double if Congressional Republicans refuse to act.
In Moorhead, a family of four could see their monthly premiums increase from less than $200 to more than $500—an increase of $4,100 a year.

The Americans who will be hurt the most if Republicans let ACA tax credits expire?
Those in red states.
Democrats are fighting harder for Republicans' own constituents than their elected representatives are.

The numbers don't lie. We are in the midst of a healthcare crisis.
New Jerseyans: if you are getting notices of increased premium costs in the mail, or if the expiration of ACA tax credits will impact you and your family, we want to hear from you. 1/2
Farmers are fighting for their livelihoods.
But the President is more focused on his friends in Argentina.
In Minnesota and states across the country, Americans are seeing their premiums more than double next year.
We can change that if Congressional Republicans work with us to extend the health care tax credits.
Early retirees like Bill & Shelly will see their health insurance premiums increase nearly 300%—from $442 to $1,700 per month if Congressional Republicans refuse to extend the enhanced tax credits.
That's an extra $15K a year families can't afford.

Lauren's daughter Harper just finished her treatments for pediatric cancer. But the Medicaid cuts in Trump's budget law could put Harper and other Georgia kids' care at risk.
