NEWS: A federal judge just extended a ruling blocking the Administration's freeze on congressionally approved funds, saying “The Executive has not pointed to any constitutional or statutory authority that would allow them to impose this type of categorical freeze.”
There are three co-equal branches of government and the Constitution requires the executive branch to comply with federal court rulings — but the President refuses to acknowledge these founding principles.
