ICE officers fired multiple shots and killed an American who was on the ground. It has become a rogue, militarized police in our communities. Democrats can't vote for Laken Riley or tripled ICE budgets and pretend to be an opposition party. Tear it down & build a new agency.
I just voted no on the FY26 $838.7 billion Defense Funding bill that would continue to support billions in arms sales to Israel. We should be providing troops better healthcare and expanding our industrial base, not sending a blank check to Netanyahu.
A man was choked so hard that his blood vessels burst in his eyelids and his death was ruled a homicide. This is a rogue agency. It needs to be torn down and replaced with a new federal agency that respects human and constitutional rights and has civil rights oversight.
PG&E should be broken up and owned by customers, not shareholders. They are ripping off Californians by buying off politicians in Sacramento.

THURSDAY’S THE LEFT HOOK EASTERN TIME 2 PM: Inshallah @rokhanna.bsky.social 3 PM: Julie Roginsky 4 PM: @letsgomathias.bsky.social on his fantastic new book, revealing how activists infiltrate fascist networks. thelefthook.substack.com
At our best, America fights wars of liberation, not conquest. We are not the Roman or British Empire engaged in colonialism. We defeated Nazism and authoritarian communism. Trump is betraying our values.
Lisa Phillips, also a survivor, filed a declaration in support of Rep. Thomas Massie and my request to appoint a special master to oversee the release of the files. We must keep pushing for justice and transparency.
Big news: Haley Robson, a survivor of Epstein’s abuse, filed a letter requesting a federal judge intervene to make DOJ comply with Rep Thomas Massie and my law and release the full files. Thank you for your courage, Haley.

It’s not a coincidence what sets Trump off. He’s losing the MAGA base by choosing to protect the Epstein class instead of exposing corruption and holding them accountable. @weeknightmsnow.bsky.social
We have lost 68,000 manufacturing jobs since Trump took office. We have lost 161,000 blue collar jobs. We need new economic leadership that doesn't concentrate wealth & power in the hands of the few. An economy that works for all Americans. We need a new economic patriotism.
The United States though should not engage in military intervention or strikes without Congressional debate and authorization which will only be used by the Iranian regime to stoke an ugly nationalism.
The Iranian people are justifiably angry about the repression they face, and they know that the country's wealth has been wasted on supporting terrorism and war in the Middle East.
The Iranian regime's mass shooting of unarmed protestors is horrifying & a gross violation of human rights. They are striking teenagers & ordinary families. They also have shut down communication platforms. The world needs to speak out against this barbarity and call for it to stop.
I am calling for the arrest and prosecution of the ICE agent that shot and killed Renee Good. I am also calling on Congress to support my bill with @jasmineforus.bsky.social to force ICE agents to wear body cameras, not wear masks, have visible identification & ensure ICE has independent oversight.
The only reason Jerome Powell isn't lowering interest rates is because of Trump's irrational tariff policy. What Trump is doing threatens the very economic fabric and prosperity of this country.
For Rep. Thomas Massie and me, this isn’t about going after Trump or DOJ officials. This is about fighting to see justice for the survivors, whom we have come to know personally and whom our nation abandoned for decades. youtu.be/H-U-E9SW-5Q
