From the Chama Watershed in New Mexico to the Boundary Waters in Minnesota, we are seeing the same playbook.

ICYMI: I wrote to @WaPo on permitting reform. It shouldn’t come at the expense of our water and our communities.
The Trump administration showed exactly what this looks like – rolling back protections, ignoring local voices, and putting clean water at risk.
Gas prices are up over $4. Families are being squeezed across the board. And Republicans are only making it worse.
JUST IN: Congressional Republicans are pushing nearly $70 billion more for ICE and Border Patrol.
These agencies are sitting on over $100 billion in unspent funds. But instead of lowering costs for New Mexico families, Republicans are doubling down on Trump’s agenda and funding his ballroom.
This is what we knew would always happen – millions of Americans being forced off their health care plans because Republicans took away tax credits to give billionaires tax breaks.
Senate Republicans don’t care. This is what they voted for.
The Trump administration has failed to release the complete Epstein files as required by law. Instead, they ignored the law and released a partial, heavily redacted version. This audit is critical to justice for victims and answers for the American people.
But under this Supreme Court and Republicans in Congress, that promise is being undermined at every turn. I will continue fighting to protect, defend, and strengthen our democracy and ensure that every American can use their voice.
Today’s SCOTUS decision is an attack on equal representation, with devastating and far-reaching consequences that extend well beyond congressional maps. The Voting Rights Act is a fundamental promise of fair representation.
I reintroduced the PRICE Act to ensure that delivery apps show the true cost upfront. At a time when costs are sky-high thanks to President Trump’s policies, consumers deserve transparency on pricing and the ability to shop without hidden fees that drastically inflate their total costs.
Americans are being blindsided by hidden fees on delivery apps. For those who rely on delivery as their only option, these unexpected charges can blow their budgets. ⬇️
The American people deserve accountability, transparency, and a process they can trust. But under this Department of Justice, the Trump administration has failed to release the Epstein files as required by law. This audit is a necessary step toward transparency and justice.
Gas prices in New Mexico are up 35% since the start of Trump’s illegal war with Iran. That’s nearly $4 a gallon. Hardworking families did not ask for this war, and they certainly did not vote for fuel prices to skyrocket.
Life is becoming more difficult and more expensive for families in New Mexico and across the country. Americans aren’t asking for a blank check to fund President Trump and Stephen Miller’s out-of-control ICE and CBP. They’re asking for lower prices. This is a total betrayal.

Hardworking Nevada families are being squeezed by the high costs of groceries. Senate Democrats just forced a vote on @lujan.senate.gov’s provision to help lower families’ grocery bills and reverse Republicans’ cruel cuts to food assistance programs. But Senate Republicans shamefully blocked it.
Not only are Republicans trying to pass a budget resolution that does nothing to make things more affordable for Americans, they’ve also blocked my amendment to feed children, seniors, and veterans.
@democrats.senate.gov just forced ANOTHER vote to end President Trump's illegal war that the American people never asked for. Republicans fell in line with President Trump AGAIN. It's long past time for Republicans to join us, stand up to Donald Trump, and end this reckless war.
Happy Earth Day, New Mexico!
Republicans gutted Medicaid, now RFK is lying to your face about it.
Communities of the Chama Valley have cared for this land and water for generations. President Trump thinks he can come in and sell off our public lands to the highest bidder for uranium mining, but he’s wrong.
There is only one Chama – it is our sacred responsibility to protect it.
I’m standing with countless advocates and Northern New Mexicans to protect the Chama from the Trump administration.
