Last week, House Republicans left town without extending healthcare subsidies. They once again chose their own vacation over you. Democrats will keep fighting for healthcare and lower costs.
Headline and article text from LA Daily News overlayed a darkened image of someone being pushed on a hospital bed. Text reads: “In-House Opinions: Local representatives on lowering healthcare costs” and “Rep Ted Lieu, D-Torrance: “They knew the ACA subsidies were set to expire, and they chose to do nothing. Now, at the eleventh hour, Speaker Johnson has put forward a so-called plan that still fails to lower premiums or provide certainty for families. That is not leadership, and it is not a serious solution. The most straightforward and responsible path forward is to extend the ACA tax credits. That is why I support the discharge petition for a clean, three-year extension — and why a majority of members agree with me. I also demand Republicans cancel their $1 trillion cut to Medicaid and $500 billion cut to Medicare. Speaker Johnson should stop delaying and work with Democrats to stop the Republican healthcare crisis.”
Health care costs are skyrocketing and grocery prices continue to increase. So what is the Trump Administration focused on? Illegally forcing Trump’s name onto the Kennedy Center. The Democratic President next term will happily make a show of removing Trump’s name and stench.
The Kennedy Center name is established by federal statute, and therefore may be repealed only by federal statute. www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/...
DEAR WHITEHOUSE: NOBODY’S SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. AFTER THAT #PRESIDENTIALADDRESS (EVEN BETTER THEN THE LOW ENERGY GETTYSBURG ADDRESS), PLEASE SEND DONALD TRUMP (WINNER OF FIFA PEACE PRIZE) TO EVERY SINGLE HOUSE SWING DISTRICT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.
WATCH — @terrymoranabc.bsky.social : “He was loud. He sounded like a man shouting at the nation. He said the guy who’s gone, it’s still his fault- and it’s not as bad as you think it is… but facts of people’s lives refute you. I thought that was a huge mistake.”

A grand jury can indict a ham sandwich. Trump's Department of Justice failed to indict Letitia James twice. The President is focused on retribution, not the needs of the American people.
COMPLETE AND TOTAL REDISTRICTING FLOP BY TRUMP (WHO’S EPSTEIN’S BEST FRIEND AND WORSE PRESIDENT EVER)!!! INDIANA SENATE SHOWED TREMENDOUS COURAGE EVEN THE NORMALLY SPINELESS REPUBLICANS WHO I’M GLAD SOME FOUND THEIR SPINES. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!
🚨Indiana Republicans ignore threats from the mob boss in the Oval Office, seat stealing proposal goes down 31-19…
As a former prosecutor, I know a grand jury would indict a ham sandwich. The refusal of multiple grand juries to indict Letitia James, along with statements by the Administration, show DOJ abused its power. Next term Congress will investigate DOJ officials for abuse of power.
NEW: Justice Dept. fails in a third attempt to indict New York AG Letitia James.

Strongly support President Trump going on the road to every House district to talk about tariffs helping farmers, racial profiling by ICE, and Medicaid cuts that own the libs. Many people say that Congressman Valadao would love this.
Congratulations to Eileen Higgins for flipping the mayor’s seat in Miami! She will be the first woman in the city’s history and the first Democrat in nearly 30 years. We are soooo going to flip the House next year.
With her runoff victory tonight, Eileen Higgins will be Miami's next mayor—the first woman in the city’s history and the first Democrat in nearly 30 years elected to the office. Congrats, Mayor-elect!
Celebratory graphic of Eileen Higgins that reads, "Eileen Higgins Elected Mayor of Miami."

Grocery, electricity, and healthcare costs are all increasing. What is the Trump Administration focused on? Boat strikes in Venezuela that may not even be heading for the U.S. and are not clearly legal. Their priorities are all completely messed up.
