My new bill with @warren.senate.gov & @trahan.house.gov would secure millions in emergency water system grants, so when disasters strike like the burst pipe in Haverhill, communities aren’t left on the hook or in harm’s way. It’ll mean faster action to keep towns safer and businesses open.
SBA Administrator Loeffler claimed @sba-gov.bsky.social hasn't heard from small businesses that are struggling because of Trump's tariff taxes. We have the receipts. Main Street is suffering. Trump must be held accountable.
Graphic of screenshots of various headlines depicting the effects of Trump’s tariffs on small businesses.
If you’re wondering why stuff feels more and more expensive, Trump keeps finding new and innovative ways to invent brand-new taxes on Americans. This one was just so dumb even he had to back down.
A free press is a core part of a functioning democracy. Trump sent the Justice Department to intimidate journalists who reported on his blatant corruption and the national security risks of his Qatari-gifted private jet. Outrageous. The press serve the people, not the President.
OMB’s proposed rule is the latest attempt by the Trump administration to weaponize federal funding for their own partisan and destructive goals. It is illegal and would irreparably harm recipients of federal funding and the people they serve. We must ensure it is scrapped entirely.

Trump has failed to reopen the Strait of Hormuz so now he wants to take it over and charge ships to use it. Not only is this illegal, it’s a recipe for endless war with Iran and higher gas prices. We should not be the world’s police force. Get out of the Strait. End the war. Now.
US to take over Strait of Hormuz, charge 20 percent fee for cargo shipped through, Trump says
The U.S. will become “guardian” of the strait, Trump wrote in a Truth Social post.
A scalding, blistering judicial opinion calling out Trump’s sham litigation, striking down his corrupt IRS immunity, and holding his sycophant lawyers to account. That’s a good start. Impeachment is next.

Judge Smacks Down Trump’s IRS Settlement And Orders Sanctions
ByAlison Durkee,Forbes Staff.
First, Trump takes a massive bribe from Qatar in the form of a $400 million luxury jet. Then, despite clear security threats, he rushes it into use, skipping many of the usual defensive systems. So, not only is this plane an illegal bribe, but it risks our national security. Corrupt and dangerous.
New Air Force One Lacks Defensive Countermeasures of Previous Model, Officials Say
Experts said the lack of such capabilities poses a potential risk when the president travels overseas. The White House defended the aircraft’s safety.
The harms of AI aren't hypothetical. They're happening right now. That is why I'm releasing my AI Accountability Agenda—a comprehensive legislative plan to take power back from Big Tech and put commonsense protections in place for workers, kids, and communities across the country.
The AI Accountability Agenda” on a purple background with faint binary code and a subtle image of people gathered in the background. The graphic lists six priorities:

Giving the power back to workers.
Protecting the privacy & safety of children and teens.
Keeping civil rights safe from AI bias.
Putting humans first in healthcare.
Safeguarding against energy & environmental impacts from data centers.
Sharing the AI wealth.
Trump is attacking Iran again and saying the ceasefire is “over,” but Congress already voted on a bipartisan basis to end this reckless war. If Trump wont stop bombing, Congress must cut off funding. I am leading the effort to slash Trump’s war machine. End the war now.
As Iran Cease-Fire Frays, Trump Faces a Muddled War and Unpalatable Options
The president appears to be confronting the consequences of a cease-fire deal cobbled together in haste, with little movement toward resolving the key issues driving the conflict.
