Today as we mourn the loss of President Jimmy Carter, we must remember and honor his remarkable life. A true public servant, he dedicated his life to peace, compassion, and service. His legacy of humility and humanity will inspire generations to come.
Republicans can frost their cake as they like, but on the 7th Birthday of the GOP Trump Tax Scam, underneath the layers of sweet lies, is the truth: The GOP Tax Scam was a dessert buffet of giveaways for the ultra wealthy & corporations, leaving crumbs for ordinary Americans.
7 years in, we know the the 2017 GOP #TaxScam failed to deliver for everyday Americans. This next Congress we have a choice: Trump's Tax Scam 2.0 to continue funding tax giveaways for the rich, or protecting programs like Social Security and Medicare. I know where I stand.
This weekend marks 7 years since the GOP passed their Tax Scam -- massive tax cuts for the ultra wealthy & corporations.   And Donald Trump tipped his hand this week. They're planning on paying for the Tax Scam 2.0 by decimating programs everyday Americans rely.
Once again, House Democrats banded together to govern from the minority and save America from the chaos Elon Musk, Donald Trump, and many of their bought and paid for House Republicans wanted to inflict on the country.
