@replamonica.bsky.social came to Congress to fight for the people she represents, and that's exactly what she has done even while Republicans try to silence her.
McIver's case will be an important test of what, if any, guardrails remain to prevent the Trump administration from siccing a pack of Justice Department lawyers on anyone with the temerity to question his administration’s authority. Story: www.rollingstone.com/politics/pol...
Before House Republicans passed the OBBB, healthcare providers and patients were sounding the alarms on the harm the bill would cause. We listened, we voted against it. House Republicans? Not so much. Watch below and click the link in our bio to listen to the full episode.
This #LaborDay, we honor the hardworking men and women who power our communities and keep New Jersey moving every single day. As a proud member of the @laborcaucus.house.gov, your fight is our fight and we are in this - together. 🤝
On @energycommerce.bsky.social, we’ve been working to safeguard these systems from foreign & domestic threats, but the GOP has turned a blind eye refusing to take an interest or conduct any oversight.
We’ve been sounding the alarm since Elon Musk & DOGE first put sensitive taxpayer data at risk. Now they’ve uploaded the entire Social Security database onto an unsecured cloud.
Breaking News: DOGE put the personal information of hundreds of millions of Americans at risk by uploading Social Security data to a vulnerable cloud server, a whistle-blower complaint said.
The Trump Administration is spending $1.2 billion to turn a WWII internment site into the nation’s largest ICE detention facility. It’s the same cruelty that Japanese Americans faced, just under a new brand. Our country—and everyone who calls it home—deserves better.
Great to have Governor Murphy in the fight to ensure the safety and well-being of our communities. In Congress, I’m leading a bipartisan effort to take on this issue, whether it’s banning non-essential helicopters or exploring other ways to mitigate their impact on our residents.
📍The Embankment on My Mind exhibit at Casa Colombo in JC 🎨Enjoyed seeing this exhibit highlighting the history, beauty, and vision of the Harsimus Branch Embankment and Bergen Arches. Excited to continue working together to celebrate and revitalize this important part of our community’s history!

📍Planned Parenthood Metro NJ Cheers with Peers in Newark 📢Planned Parenthood provides life-saving care and services to so many New Jerseyans. Great to spend the evening with some of the incredible individuals who do this critical work every single day, making our communities healthier and stronger.
Today marks the 50th anniversary of Springsteen’s “Born to Run”! And an opportunity to recognize his incredible work, contributions to our state and say that I love NJ and this district “with all the madness in my soul.” 🫶🎉 🎶
📍Jersey City 25th Annual Pride Festival 🏳️‍🌈 Proud to celebrate love, equality, and the vibrant diversity of our community today! As a member of the Equality Caucus, I will always fight to uplift our LBGTQ+ friends and neighbors.
📢 NJ-08: Do you need a REAL ID? In partnership with Hudson County, our office is bringing the NJ MVC Mobile Unit to YOU on September 2nd in Jersey City. Appointments are available through our office, but space is limited—call us at (201) 309-0301 or email nj08events@gmail.com to reserve your spot!
My @hispaniccaucus.bsky.social colleagues and I will never back down especially when ICE continues to target our communities. The law is clear: we have a right to conduct oversight at ICE detention centers, and any effort to block that right is illegal.
