should retire. I think criticisms of that stance as “anti-feminist” are a farce. Her refusal to either retire or show up is causing great harm to the judiciary - precisely where repro rights are getting stripped. That failure means now in this precious window Dems can only pass GOP-approved nominees

I’m not sure. Some members of my team have rec’d it
It’s a food desert. But they recently extended the hours of the cafeterias and take out spots (they all used to close at 2!) so it’s gotten better.
There’s a special restaurant for members + guests, but it’s a white cloth sit down place so you need time to spare. House + Senate each have one
I disagree with her a lot, but she is also extremely competent and skilled. People allow their feelings about her cloud their ability to understand / study why she is so effective. I think if people had the energy for the Senate that they do for the House we might get somewhere but maybe I’m biased!
I do and I have. Biden has been re-implementing Trump policies at the border and it’s one of this admin’s worst areas of governance
Anything with a milkshake
Short of legislation (which I’ve been working on with some GOP members, believe it or not), it becoming enough of a political liability that members of both parties start to lose elections over it
No, but I have brought him into the cloak room (special rooms attached to the House floor)
I’m simple.
Margaritas for summer, old fashioneds for winter, French 75s for special occasions. I do variations as well.
I’ll always try new things and have other favorites, but that’s my standard rotation.
I can ask!
Some do, others are true believers.
For the ones that switch up I do fish around for policy opportunities (there are very few).
I think people make too much hay over whether people “mean it” or not. Their actions (including public statements) are what matter imo
No. I’m trolling as long as possible until a critical mass of earnest journalists join that forces me to code switch 😂

Yes! I raised it with Lula when he came to visit
Thank you!!
