But we need to reward successful leadership, right? Last year, Starbucks’ net profits were down more than 50%. (2/3)
Last year, while the median salary for a full-time Starbucks barista was just $32,000, Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol made $31,000,000. He also commutes to work from California to Seattle on a private jet at Starbucks’ expense. (1/3)
FACT: The average American household has already paid nearly $450 more on gas and energy in just the last few months because of Trump’s illegal war with Iran.
Happy June Dairy Month! I can think of no butter way to celebrate than by supporting our local farmers.
Great news! Late last week, a federal judge ruled that Trump’s name must be removed from the Kennedy Center.
The Center was created by an act of Congress to honor President Kennedy. It can’t be changed without Congressional approval. Looking forward to seeing Trump’s name come down.
Happy Pride Month! 🏳️🌈
As a Co-Chair of @equality.house.gov, I’m working to pass the Equality Act and other pro-equality bills to enshrine protections for the LGBTQI+ community into federal law. Pride started as a protest, and we’re never going to give up the fight to get this done!
We need to ban Members of Congress and Presidents from trading stocks!
Members of Congress, including myself, have access to inside information. It is simply wrong to use our positions in public service for personal gain. That’s even more true with the President, who has the ability to move markets with a single decision.
They said they’d go after “the worst of the worst.” In reality, less than 5% of ICE detainees had violent criminal convictions.
I hosted two more town halls last night in Edgerton and Madison. Six total over the last three days. Thanks to everyone who joined us!

Refusing corporate PAC money isn't just more common, it's something that voters demand from their elected officials.
@pocan.house.gov and @tiffanymuller.bsky.social break it down here.
Americans should not be forced to bankroll payouts for people who attacked our democracy or are just friends with Trump.
While this plays out in court, my Tax the Grift Act would tax all payouts from Trump’s $1.776 billion slush fund at 100% so that all taxpayer funding goes back to the Treasury rather than into the hands of Trump allies.
BREAKING: A federal judge has temporarily paused Trump’s ‘anti-weaponization’ fund.
As a union member for many years, I was proud to stop by and show my support for their right to unionize and have a seat at the table.
Nurses at St. Mary's work around the clock to make sure Wisconsinites get the care they need. These nurses deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. That means safe staffing levels and fair pay.
Great to see so many folks in Mineral Point and Reedsburg, WI yesterday. Four town halls down, two more to go. See you later today, Edgerton and Madison!
Now, when you pay for groceries or gas with this, you can remember who made them so much more expensive with his policies...
Lol so pathetic
