No one should have their hard-earned wages, tax refunds, or Social Security seized.
But that's exactly what Trump and the WWE Secretary want to do.
I'm teaming up with @booker.senate.gov & @warren.senate.gov on a bill to end administrative garnishment and stand up for student borrowers.
Donald Trump's big, ugly bill would make people hungrier, poorer, and sicker.
Republicans have lost the plot and they know their bill is unpopular.
They should listen to their constituents and oppose this cruel and harmful budget scam.

Today, every single @energycommerce.bsky.social Democrat voted to protect Medicaid, Planned Parenthood, and the Affordable Care Act.
For 26 hours, our Members fought Republicans' effort to gut reproductive health care. As the GOP forces this bill to the House Floor, our fight continues.

This is the cruelty of abortion bans on full display. This is not “pro-woman,” “pro-life,” or “pro-family,” this is inhumanity.
Adriana Smith, we fight for you.

Emory hospital says the Georgia abortion ban requires she stay on life support until delivery, though it has been nearly 3 months.
Horrifying. Devastating. Unacceptable.
Adriana Smith should be here with her 5-year-old son. Her severe headaches were dismissed and at 9 weeks pregnant she was declared brain dead, the result of blood clots.
Her family visits her constantly. Her son asks when she’ll wake up.
Republicans just failed to pass their big, ugly bill that would rip food and healthcare away from people out of the Budget Committee.
We won’t let up. This bill is not an inevitability. We can stop this and save lives.
Birthright citizenship in America is exactly that — a birthright recognized by the Constitution for over a century.
Trump's attacks are blatantly unconstitutional & the Supreme Court must uphold the law.
The Daily Table has been an essential organization that helped folks access nutritious low-cost groceries & kept families fed.
I’m devastated that they are closing their doors and grateful for their 10 years of service to our neighbors.

Congresswoman @pressley.house.gov asks us to imagine a future where everyone who needs health care can get it. “I’m just audacious enough to believe that we can #ProtectMedicaid and have care, not cuts… The budget proposal is cruel. The cruelty is the point.”

Trump and the WWE Secretary want to seize folks' wages, tax refunds, & Social Security checks if their student loans are in default.
My bill with @booker.senate.gov and @warren.senate.gov would stop it.
