The international community cannot, and must not, turn a blind eye to genocide. Lift the blockade. End the siege. Provide humanitarian aid. Hold Netanyahu accountable for war crimes.
Netanyahu is using hunger as a weapon of war. After a two year military campaign that has collectively punished the people of Gaza and denied them humanitarian aid, we are now all bearing witness to the natural conclusion of these war crimes: mass starvation and death.
Cages that imprison over 50 people a piece. Concrete walls that ensure those people never see the light of day. That is what our taxpayer dollars are going towards. Not community services or healthcare, but a mega prison.
Thank you to the Addison Township Young Dems for your commitment to turn your passion into action. It was great to share and reflect with you on why we do the work we do in Congress. The next generation of Democrats is looking bright.
I was honored to stand before United Neighbors of the 35th Ward to discuss our work in Congress, and to answer the questions of the people who sent me there. I am rooted in community and ready to continue building the strength and power of our movement together.
I appreciate being invited to meet with the 39th Ward Neighbors United. I am grateful for the people who sent me to Congress, and welcome the opportunity to report back to the communities I am rooted in and accountable to.
Secretary Kristi Noem has taken every opportunity to demonize our neighbors, abuse DHS’s power, and lie to our community. Not only do we demand a FULL investigation into her DHS’ unlawful operation, we DEMAND Noem's immediate resignation.
While the Trump administration criminalizes dissent, normalizes cruelty, and rejects compassion all over the country, our movement is building power inside and outside of Congress to fight for the people. Relentlessly, unapologetically, and boldly building a future that is brighter for all.
Trump administration is consolidating power. Behind secrecy and lack of accountability, they have bulldozed over our Constitution, laws, and check and balances. They are playing by the book of an authoritarian. It is our job to fight back.
It is always an honor to be amongst supporters and friends from CAIR Action PAC. Thank you for your partnership in standing up for a political movement that centers peace, human rights, and honoring our shared humanity!
With Adelita in Congress, we have another strong campeona y líder who will fight like hell for working families and push the progressive agenda forward. The future just got a little brighter.
I'm thrilled to celebrate the unapologetic, progressive Adelita Grijalva as Arizona’s 7th new Congresista. The fight for equality, justice, and true transformation is won through the power of the people, and the people have spoken.
For Trump and his loyalists, workers are disposable, our basic needs are conditioned on our exploitation, and our lives are exhausted to produce profit for billionaires. There is no humanity in this, only greed.
The mass deportation of those who harvest our food, the threats to steal health care from children and seniors, and undervaluing of labor are not coincidences. Taken together, they are the result of unchecked capitalism unleashed on working families.
This is how fascists operate. Today, it’s immigrants. Tomorrow it could be anyone. But we know how to stand together, so no one is standing alone. Know Your Rights and keep each other safe this weekend.
