Let me be clear--this is another shameful attempt to take from hardworking Americans, and I will continue to fight this abuse of power.

As Americans struggle to put food on the table and fill up their gas tanks, Donald Trump and his corrupt Department of Justice want to take $1.8 billion from the American people to finance a slush fund for pardoned January 6 insurrectionists and the President’s immoral friends.
What is an actual plan to get us out of this hole that the President of the United States has done such an outstanding job of digging for all of us?

Donald Trump is an authoritarian destroying our representative democracy just for the glorification of his massive ego, and we're all paying an enormous price for it.
The rise of hatred and bigotry against specific groups in our country, especially the Jewish and Muslim communities, is appalling. We must all stand united against this violence.
My heart goes out to those targeted in the shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego. We mourn the loss of a brave security guard who died protecting this community, and we stand in solidarity with our Muslim neighbors during this dark time.
There are two true costs for the war with Iran.
For the past 61 years, the Head Start program has helped shape affordable early childhood education in our country. Every child deserves access to learning opportunities, regardless of their background, and I will continue to stand alongside these schools and families.
We need to work diplomatically with other countries to end the war with Iran.
I’m glad to see the federal government take a step towards improving the quality of life for those living near airports, and will continue to work to advance these changes.
This bill makes the Ninth District and our country safer by addressing environmental and physical consequences from airplane fuel and emissions.
Having grown up in SeaTac, I know how important the airport is to our community, but also how it can influence those living there.
Two years ago, my legislation providing important provisions for aviation-impacted communities passed the House of Representatives and was sent to President Biden’s desk where it became law.
Many thanks to our interns in both my D.C. and Kent offices who have helped the constituents of the Ninth District. Appreciate your public service and help to my team.

We've seen U.S. Sailors & Marines perform at the highest level & progress in improving shipbuilding capacity & innovation. But challenges remain & we can't simply spend our way out of the remaining problems.

We have to be on board to counter the aggressive Republican redistricting.
The rest of the world sees President Trump as a combination of a dictator and a bully willing to use U.S. power to coerce anyone he sees fit.
